The parking garage at Promenada is a multi-level structure where you can almost always find a spot. Each place is marked with letters and numbers, making it easy to remember where you parked. Still, because the garage is quite big, I suggest taking a photo of the nearest sign. The first 2 hours are free. After that, payment can be made at machines using card or cash. Although the exit ramp opens automatically, you have to drive slowly, and if it does not lift, you will need your ticket. Payment machines are located on each floor near the garage exits.
