Very convenient P+R - paying for parking simple - paying for a bus ticket not so. To ride on the bus you need to buy a ticket, but the buses are cashless, so you need an Urbana card which you need to preload. The ticket machine next to the actual bus stops will allow you to pay for parking and top up an Urbana card, BUT doesn’t actually sell you an Urbana card. To get an Ubana card you need to use the ticket machine in the middle of the car park.

Zentrumsnaher Parkplatz von dem man mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum fahren kann. Achtung: es wird unterschieden zwischen reiner Parkgebühr (ohne Urbana Card) oder aber P+R. Beim P+R muss im Vorfeld die Urbana Card am Parkautomaten erworben werden (2€ Pfandgebühr). Die Parkgebühren für den ganzen Tag liegen dann bei 1.30€ inkl. 2 Freifahrten für den Bus. Die Busse fahren drei Mal pro Stunde.

Lots of parking places directly near the motorway (ring) and just 2-3 km from city center. Cheap parking - 1,30 € per day which includes 2 tickets for shuttle bus no. 9 to city center or you can use BicykeLJ / Nomago e-bike rental station to safely get to the city. Perfect way to get rid of cars, traffic jams, dust, noise in the city center, thank you, Ljubljana.
