Una gran desilusión . El trato fue tristísimo y horrible. Uno va a pasar un buen rato y sale espantado. Es sucio pero nada es tan grave cómo el trato y la poca ayuda. Uno es turista y trata de apoyar la economía del lugar y te tratan mal.

I am totally disappointed with the customer service. Make the reservation through Booking. For personal reasons, I changed my mother's date when I requested the date change, they approved it with a surcharge, I made a mistake when entering the date and they did not want to change it anymore, even though the app tells me that it has availability. I recommend that you look for another option.

Locatie was perfect, kamers waren ruim en schoon. Was relatief warm en geen airco, dit was het enige ‘minpunt’.

The girl on the reception was very helpful. In this price all is good. I only suggest them to change shower glass door because it's moulded.

Muy buen hotel, muy céntrico, yo he estado en abril y hacía calor de día, el cuarto no tiene aire, en verano tiene que ser caluroso. Pero por lo demás todo bien

The room was really nice, it's in a central location, most of the attractions are within walking distance. Staff are really nice and helpful.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist gut, ABER! - Schimmel im Bad (inkl. enormer Feuchte) - extremer Lärm von der Straße (Müllsammelstelle + vielbefahrene Straße) - Fettgeruch im Zimmer, da unten im Gebäude eine Fastfood Bude ist - Zimmer (Möbel, Wände und Bad) komplett in die Jahre gekommen und runtergerockt - kaputte kleine Handtücher - kein Zimmerservice - keine wirkliche Aussicht von den Zimmern .. sprich wir würden ein Aufenthalt hier niemandem empfehlen (vor allem nicht für über 100€ die Nacht)

This is a hostel/boarding house. Felt uncomfortable walking into building. Receptionist said it was guest house however when booking it was classed as 3/ 4star hotel. Photos on Web are enhanced to look more modern. Rooms felt old, dirty and noisy. Not elevators, no AC only a fan.

As you can read in multiple comments, it is a place that is only interested in money. The guest is taken as merchandise. The worst in Slovenia by far.

I do not recommend it. they just want the money. They are not interested in the guests, I made a mistake on the date and put the next year and they did not want to acknowledge anything. nasty. Don't spend money on this hotel, it's not worth it
