I’ve been coming here for a week now. Each time, the same lady is at the counter. Every time I ask about the price of the lenses, she tells me I need to come back when her colleagues are there to give me the price. I finally asked her why she hasn’t learned the prices after an entire week of working there. Her response? “I don’t have time to learn.” It’s incredibly frustrating — what’s the point of having a store in a large, well-stocked shopping mall if the staff can’t even sell the products? This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s a clear sign of poor management.
