We are very impressed by the work and success of our lawyer Ms. Helena Dlaka! Ms. Dlaka made possible for us in an extensive real estate matter what other experts thought was not feasible. Our lawyer researched throughout the country and found a similar case that was confirmed by the Croatian courts a few years ago. We were regularly informed about the status of the research in our local languages and she answered our questions promptly. As our group lives partly in Germany and partly in France and does not speak Croatian, our lawyer gave us detailed advice in English. She prepared the necessary documents for the relevant notary as requested so that we only had to sign them on site. Detailed questions could be clarified in advance by email. The costs corresponded to the extensive and laborious effort that our lawyer made in her research at the responsible mayor's office and land registry office as well as the relevant offices in Zagreb.
