Da evitare. Le foto sul booking non corrispondono all'appartamento: | - il piano di cottura era in bagno|- il montaggio di alcuni mobili non era terminato o forse erano danneggiati|- il secondo letto era in una stanza grande quanto il letto stesso|- il WiFi non funzionava|- nel soffitto c'era un buco|- la posta di ingresso non so chiudeva|Abbiamo deciso che non valeva la pena rischiare di dormire con la posta aperta e siamo andati via, visto che anche se abbiamo provato a contattare il servizio clienti nessuno ci ha risposto.|Infine quindi abbiamo chiesto un risarcimento, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta.

I would have appreciated to find this feedback on R14 Green Suite ahead of booking... I booked it to be close to the Tivoli Park. Connections to city Ccnter are erratic and the place simply horrible.

Green Fortuna s’appelle désormais R14 Green House et reste à fuir absolument: à l’heure convenue du check-in… personne et aucune instruction pour un check-in autonome. 2 heures à tenter se joindre en vain les propriétaires y compris via Booking, nous avons pu croiser les occupants qui nous ont dit avoir eu les mêmes problèmes à l’arrivée, aucune communication et un état des chambres déplorables. Passez votre chemin si vous souhaitez profiter de Ljubljana.

Booked a room, but it looked completely different, dirty and unpleasant. Asked for a room change or a refund. Got told we could get a full refund, but did not get our money back. They also did not communicate on phone neither before or after we talked to them face to face. Probably a scam, so avoid at all cost! They did not even ask for IDs, but I guess that could be chosen policy on booking.com. "R41 - TIVOLI studios and apartments Ljubljana" on booking.

The room did not look like the photos and the receptionist told us we can get our money back but the accomodation refused my request for cancellation and full refund. So basically a scam. Please do not buy the accomodation!! R41 Tivoli apartments on booking.

Pred prihodom sem večkrat telefonirala, a brez odgovora. Ob prihodu me je bilo groza, v kakšnem stanju je objekt. Poškodovan, umazan, zanemarjen in smrdeč. S hčerko sva se samo obrnili in šli čimprej stran.

Es war schrecklich. Unter dem Bett so viele Haare. Überall Müll und Krümmel von Keksen. Die Handtücher verfärbt. Keine Kontaktmöglichkeit per Telefon. GEMEINSCHAFTSBAD HATTE EINEN DEFEKTEN SCHLÜSSEL! Eine Zumutung war dieses Hotel. Ich weiss bei dem Preis denkt man sich OK gut was soll mich erwarten, aber das lohnt sich nichtmal kostenlos. Es ist wie eine WG mit 20 Leuten und einem Bad. Jeder macht was er will. Bitte nicht als Frau alleine buchen.

We are disapointed with the room. It is dirty, the pillows and matress are really bad... We saw that we had private external bathroom but I guess it can be used by the others guests... Not good for the price and the location. If you rent a room there are three things that are the most important: cleanling, matress and pillows. You dont need to spend much money to have something aceptable. But the pillows are destroyed inside, and the locker of the door is almost broken. I also recomend you to check the kitchen. It is full of pieces of broken glass under the sink

Very nice place, budget accomodation, but I was very satisfied with all amenities in this place. Will definetely stay here again.||Nice, clean room, good bed - everything that I needed for the overnight stay.

We were supposed to get the room at 3:00 pm, but there was no one there. We called the owner, but it still took another 10 minutes before they opened. We had to call the owner again for the towels. At our request, she replaced us a room that was a little better than the first. The floor was dirty, the bed awful, the shower in the bathroom full of hair and mold on the walls.

Le bâtiment est carrément dangereux et ne devrait pas avoir le droit de louer. Des escaliers n'ont pas de rampe, comme le corridor du deuxième. Des meubles sont brisés, la douche est sale et il n'y a pas de poubelle au premier, sauf dans les toilettes. À fermer au plus tôt|
