Apartmán má skvelú polohu, pred domom nie je žiadne iné ubytovanie, teda výhľad na more je z prvej rady. Vstup na pláž zo záhrady súkromnou bráničkou. V záhrade je priestor na odkladanie plážového vybavenia (nafukovačiek, paddleboardov apod.). Možnosť grilovať v záhrade. Parkovanie v garáži. Domáci udržujú poriadok a čistotu, sú k dispozícii ubytovaným hosťom v prípade potreby. Pláž nádherná, kamienková, čistá. orientovaná na západ, teda ráno neskôr slnko svieti na pláž, ale večer až kým slnko nezapadne (v júli do pol deviatej).
