I had a disappointing experience at this shoe store. I picked out a few pairs to try on, but the sales assistant was very unfriendly. When I asked to try on two pairs in my size, she only brought one and told me that I had to try them one by one. I also asked for a different color of the same model to compare how they looked together, and she said she would only bring the color I wanted if I was going to buy it. It gave me the impression that she wasn’t interested in helping customers at all and simply didn’t want to do her job. I didn’t even bother to find out if they allow trying shoes on both feet at the same time — I completely lost interest, even though I had actually planned to buy shoes there. I’m giving one more star only because the store has some interesting models — but what’s the point if there’s no desire to buy anything due to the service?
