Our Location
Štinjan is located on the southwestern end of Istria, near Pula. Historically known as "Astiniaum," this peaceful tourist town boasts a variety of cultural and historical landmarks. Explore attractions such as the parish church of St. Margarita, the monument to the victims of Fascism, and scenic sites like Turulu Hill and the remains of ancient Roman baths.
The central beach, just 700m away, is surrounded by tranquil pine trees and is ideal for family vacations. You can also discover smaller nearby bays, each offering unique coastal beauty with islands and peninsulas waiting to be explored.
Brijuni Islands

Opravdu krásné ubytování. Strávili jsme zde s manželem a synem velmi příjemný týden. Paní Helga byla úžasná, dala nám i tipy co v okolí je a kam se určitě podívat. Velmi milá a ochotná paní. Majitelé nám vyšli vstříc a ubytovali jsme se už ráno v 8hod. Velmi si toho ceníme. Krásný moderní apartmán, kde vám nic nebude chybět. Plně klimatizovaný, plně zařízená kuchyň, prostorná jídelna, 3 ložnice, 2 koupelny s wc, terasa s posezením pro 6 osob. V každém pokoji tv a klimatizace, zatemnovaci venkovní žaluzie pro skvělý spánek, velmi pohodlné postele. A bazén s vířivkou, lehátky a posezením pod pergolou neměl chybu. Využili jsme vše na 100%. A byli jsme velmi spokojeni! Dáváme 6* z 5* 🔝 Rozhodně se vrátíme příští rok znovu, protože jsme okolí města Pula a ostrovy nestihli celé prozkoumat a velmi se nám zde líbilo. Na pláž autem 3 minuty, velmi krásná pláž se sportovním využitím i barem, stánkem s občerstvením, toaletami a kousek dál i Gril restaurací přímo na pláži. Do města Pula je to 10minut a po historické stránce budete mít co prozkoumávat celý týden. Výborné restaurace, i ostatní služby pro turisty. Doporučujeme návštěvu ostrova Brijuni national park skvělý zážitek. Kdo váháte, tak rozhodně doporučujeme vybrat toto ubytování. Opravdu stojí za to.

Nice apartment , nice pool, but it piss me of how the lady wait in front of the door as we leave this apartment. It wasnt any deal with her to give us 1more hour to left.

Lovely clean modern apartment with everything you could need. Great place to stay with the kids, they loved the pool! Great location with easy access to pula and the beach. We had everything we needed from our host. Would highly recommend.
