Achtung! Zur Zeit ist dort Baustelle. Es werden weitere Unterkünftsblöcke direkt vor dem Hotel gebaut. Bei der Buchung wird man darauf aber nicht vorab hingewiesen. Es herrscht derzeit also nicht die Idylle die beworben wird. Die Arbeiter beginnen wegen der Temperaturen bereits um 5:30 in der Früh. Baulärm wenn man am Balkon sitzt und am Strand. Man geht an wunderschön idylischen Bauzäunen vorbei. Andere Gäste haben vor Ort einen Nachlass rausholen können, ich wollte es über die Zentrale abwickeln und konstruktiv abhandeln. Von der Falkensteiner Zentrale habe ich nach 1 Monat aber nicht mal ein Standardentschuldigungsschreiben erhalten. Es werden einem auch automatisch 10 EUR Trinkgeld pro Nacht auf die Rechnung aufgebucht. Man kann diese natürlich gleich stornieren lassen, den Versuch hier amerikanische Verhältnisse einuführen finde ich dennoch inakzeptabel bei den Zimmerpreisen und dem sonst nicht so tollen Service (überfordertes FrontOffice-Personal etc.). Prinzipiell tolle Anlage aber leider einige Punkte die den Aufenthalt alles andere als entspannt gemacht haben.

Wir waren im September da. Für die Gäste der Apartments ist die Nutzung der Pools möglich. Es waren jederzeit kostenlose Liegen verfügbar. Preise an der Bar im oberen Bereich. Die Strände sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch hier sind die Liegen kostenlos und wir hatten eigentlich immer Liegen bekommen. Wer den Schatten sucht, kann unter den Bäumen relaxen. Sauberkeit am Strand und vor allem unter den Bäumen hat noch Potential nach oben Die Preise für Getränke und Essen in den Restaurants sind meiner Meinung nach nicht angemessen und zu teuer. Tipp hier. Einfach in der Umgebung Restaurant suchen ja. Viele Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Allgemein ist Kroatien mittlerweile sehr teuer( Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant, Getränke) und man kommt sich manchmal einfach abgezockt vor.
