Buying a car became a DISASTER instead of a present for me. We are from Novi Sad and we visited MINI – Delta Motors Belgrade several times to research and try different cars. First of all, it's a pity that there is no configurator on website mini.rs, so we had to choose our car on German website. However, the real problems started when the car we ordered finally arrived and we found out that the car dealer didn't help with the documents for the car. They only sent customs documentation but we had to deal with all the rest in Novi Sad by ourselves which cost additional money. Moreover, later we found not one but two mistakes in the customs documents they provided, which they hesitated to acknowledge at first. Now I am afraid to do maintenance of our car to discover more negative surprises. The TRUST has been BROKEN.
