The owner of PEČENJARA PRIGORJE boasts over four decades of culinary experience. Beginning his hospitality career in 1983 and graduating as a qualified chef in 1987 in Zagreb, he has worked at some of the finest hotels and restaurants in both Croatia and Germany, showcasing his culinary expertise.
