Htela sam da vam kažem ljubazne reči i dobar dan, pa, zabrljali ste!!! Zašto vaša firma zapošljava neprofesionalne kadrove? Zašto se informacije o praćenju proizvoda ne ažuriraju od 19. aprila! A danas je već 23!!! Vi ste najteža i najnepovoljnija kompanija sa kojom sam morao da radim. Prekinuli ste mi isporuku moje narudžbe! Na telefon odgovaraju neprofesionalci koji ne žele da pomognu klijentima, iako obećavaju da će razumeti nejasne kašnjenja naloga. Veoma mi nije prijatno i uvredljivo što su moje narudžbe ušle u vašu firmu, da moram da zovem 3 puta da bih saznao sudbinu svoje narudžbe, a kao odgovor, vaši zaposleni obećavaju da će nazvati i dati informacije koje me zanimaju, a kao odgovor lažu i ne zovu!
