By far, this is most disgusting and unprofessional courier service that I've ever had chance to work with! My grade for them should be -5. They are slow, unprofessional, rude and non-cooperative in every way. In both cases that I have misfortune to deal with them, shipment was sent to Serbia in one or two days and further handling by UPS org their Subcontractor was at least 7-10 days and that was only because I was constantly on phone pleading, begging and explaining to them urgency! They are not sending any info and best thing you can do is to contact and pressure them by yourself in order to send them additional documentation for custom clearance because they will pretend and lie that the did not receive anything! Avoid them by any cost! I will try to reach UPS central to send them urgency about incredibly bad behavior of this Subcontractor and hopefully they will do something about it.

2 months and still waiting for delivery. No email address for contact only phone, but just music playing with nobody to answer calls. Terrible!

to je najstrašnija kurirska služba, moj paket je samo ležao u skladištu 2 nedelje, a sada je status promenjen "utilizacija / klijent odbio paket" i niko me nije ni pozvao. danas sam ih već 5 put zvao. ne preporučujem nikome!

Ne razumem kako im je dozvoljeno uopšte da rade najgora kurirska služba koja postoji u Srbiji trenutno. Paket poslat iz Nemačke i stigao u roku od dva dana a kod njih stoji dva meseca, pritom se niko ne javlja na telefon i niko ne kontaktira kupca... Užas užas užas!!!! Izbegavajte bilo šta da naručujem preko njih...

Most of the time they set "We're unable to contact the receiver." without even trying to contact even when they have all the details like phone number or email. Several times when I tried to call them by myself, they just dropped the call. Very unprofessional and rude

Jezivo veliki broj negativnih komentara ovde, ali ja sam imao pozitivno iskustvo sa Amazon dostavom iz SAD ove nedelje. Dostavljač je bio jako ljubazan i prirodan u komunikaciji, tako da nije bilo nikakvih problema oko dostave. Doduše, i moj paket je bio manji i lagan.

Paket na carini stoji 2 meseca.. a kurira jedino mejlom mogu da dobijem(tako mi kazu kad pozovem centralu). Odgovor na mail u proseku dobijem posle 10 dana. Da li ima losije kurirske sluzbe u celoj evropi..

Delays delays and more delays. Poor communication between the user and service team. Half the time the line is dead and you can't reach anybody and the other half they don't pick up their phone. I had several experiences where I ordered from abroad. It took 2 days to reach Serbia and then 21-30 days for them to process the order and have it sent to my address within my country. You could walk to their place and back and it would be faster than this. Just a horrible experience overall. Avoid at all costs.

Сотрудников данного отделения просто нужно всех уволить и нанять новых, которые будут понимать, где они работают, а не позорить отличную службу UPS, которая из любой точки мира доставляет за пару дней. Но потом посылка просто валяется на складе, пока они пьют кофе. Обходить эту службу любым способом, ибо заплатив за экспресс доставку большие деньги, она придет быстро, а далее будете ждать еще пару недель, пока они соизволят оформить вам документы.

Worst experience ever (in a highly competitive arena of Serbian couriers). First of all, UPS sends a delivery confirmation email when the shipment is delivered to the local office, and not to the customer address, which is unacceptable, and in fact, it's outright lying. Once delivery is "confirmed" it gets a local tracking number and cannot be tracked by the customer. My shipment travelled the 8000 km from the US in 6 days and arrived in Belgrade on May 7. It was delivered to me, 18km away from the airport, on May 23. This is roughly the same time it would have taken regular post, even though I paid express courier service. Local UPS sent information to the wrong email and nobody contacted me although the correct phone no. and email were clearly written on the package, which the customer service agent confirmed. After everything was sorted out, on my initiative, after multiple calls and emails, the shipment was only sent to customs 2 weeks after arriving, prompted by me phoning AGAIN to inquire why it hasn't been delivered yet. Brokerage Service Rerpresentative Vladimir Marković was not helpful and quite rude. The website where I purchased the goods acknowledged UPS was at fault, gave me a voucher, and advised me to use other couriers.

Jako neprofesionalni, kada telefon zazvoni jave se i spuste slusalicu. Svu dokumentaciju koju su trazili dostavila sam prosle nedelje. Na pracenju posiljke pise da je dostavljena, a nije. I dalje spustaju slusalicu.

Extremely poor experience with this UPS location. My package has been stuck in customs for over a week, even though all required documents were submitted in person. The tracking status was later updated to "Delivered", but the package was never actually delivered, and there's no proof of delivery at all. I reached out to their representative Kosta Stojaković, who initially contacted me regarding the customs procedure - but received no reply or feedback despite multiple follow-ups. No updates, no support, no accountability. Totally unacceptable service for an international shipment worth over $200.
