Blizu ljepih plaza, restorana, kafica. Odlicna povezanost sa Splitom i Omišom. Sve je bilo cisto i jako lijepo. Vlasnici su uvijek bili dostupacni i odgovorali brzo na poruke. Svakako bi preporucila ako zelite ostati u Podstrani.

🇩🇪 Das Apartment war einfach super – genau wie beschrieben. Das Selbst-Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert, die Ausstattung war vollständig – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Sogar eine Espressomaschine war vorhanden! Der Meerblick war traumhaft – besonders abends auf dem Balkon oder der Terrasse zu sitzen und aufs Meer zu schauen, war einfach herrlich. Was ich besonders positiv hervorheben möchte: Beim offenen Restbetrag wurde keinerlei Druck gemacht. Erst am letzten Tag, als ich dem Besitzer geschrieben habe, kam er vorbei, um das Geld abzuholen – ganz entspannt. Und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit gab es sogar noch eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Natürlich braucht niemand so etwas – aber diese Geste sagt einfach viel aus. Von A bis Z hat alles gepasst – ich würde dieses Apartment wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen! Ein kleiner Hinweis: Wer Schwierigkeiten mit Stiegen (Treppen) hat, sollte wissen, dass der Weg hinunter zum Meer etwas beschwerlich sein kann. Das liegt aber nicht am Apartment selbst, sondern an der natürlichen Lage. Für alle anderen ist die Lage absolut perfekt. 🏴 The apartment was simply amazing – exactly as described. The self-check-in process worked perfectly, and the apartment was fully equipped – absolutely nothing was missing. There was even an espresso machine! The sea view was stunning – especially in the evening, sitting on the balcony or terrace and watching the ocean was just beautiful. One thing I really want to highlight: There was no stress at all about the remaining payment I still had to make. Only on the last day, when I contacted the owner, he came by to collect it – very relaxed and easy. And as a nice gesture, I even received a bottle of wine as a gift. Of course, nobody needs such a gift – but it’s the gesture that truly counts. Everything from A to Z was just perfect – I would highly recommend this apartment to absolutely anyone! One small note: People who have trouble with stairs might find the way down to the sea a bit challenging. But that’s due to the natural location, not the apartment itself. For everyone else, the location is simply ideal.
