The cinema theater itself was very nice and cozy. It had cute “couple chairs” and overall good screening quality. However, the service was horrible. My friend and I had come in and stood in front of the small screens in the box office looking at the selection of different meal options, taking our time as we were in no hurry to go in 15 mins before the movie begun. We are greeted with rude service, where our server had rudely exclaimed that we were taking too long, mind you we hadn’t even begun our order and we communicated that we were still deciding at a good distance away from the counter with no other customers in sight, where she then proceeded to get vividly upset at us. We were confused as to what we had done as we weren’t being in any way rude. As we noticed she was getting angry we felt pressured to start ordering, where she then got upset as we asked basic questions about the meal options, she rushed our order in very quickly and stormed off. I do understand that the cinema may have been understaffed, but unfortunately this is no way to treat a customer. If she had communicated nicely that she has other responsibilities, we wouldn’t have minded waiting.
