EDIT: I attached some new photos from the new location. The new interiors make my favorite place a cool, hip bar, one that has never been seen in Ljubljana before. I recommend the new cocktails, Broken Negroni made with 'Broken bones', a Slovenian craft gin and Tozd Collins, both refreshing and perfect for summer. PS: The vibe and the menu are still the same and they are still Pet friendly! <33 My favorite café and bar. The most beautiful and relaxed place, with a sunny terrace (if you are a fan of outdoor seating as I am, you are going to love it!). It's a hip place in town, so you are going to enjoy just as the locals do. The menu offers something for everyone, the avocado toast is a nice option if you are looking for something to eat & the coffee is always great! The staff is friendly and the music is nice. They have different exhibitions going on all year round, as they use the inside space for promoting young local artists. It's a perfect place to spend your mornings, afternoons and evenings in Ljubljana!

Lovely location close to the river. Vegan milk options for coffee, nice beer and a lovely house white wine. A bit too hipster for my taste but nice for a drink in the sun. Staff was not too friendly but maybe just caught the wrong day. Overall recommendable for drinks in the center.

I have visited Tozd several times and it always impresses me with its pleasant atmosphere and excellent offerings! The service is excellent. I would especially commend the friendly waitress Anastasija, who always offers help with choosing drinks (and also food). I highly recommend it! ❤️

Came in with high hopes based on the 4.5 stars on google... Place looked cool so we thought we would try it out. Oat flat white was unfortunately (not exaggerating) the worst coffee I have ever tasted. Horrific, I mean totally undrinkable…. Usually if a coffee is bad I almost always drink it anyway.. but I couldn’t finish this. The oat milk must have been spoiled as it was sour as all hell and even started separating in the glass. After mentioning that there was something seriously wrong with the coffee the rude girl just defended the coffee saying it was the coffee that was inherently sour (almost as if it were my own lack of taste and culinary understanding about coffee) and then asked if I would pay by cash or card… yep it was horrendous, so I just paid and left in disgust. Any self-respecting cafe would perhaps remake the coffee and test the milk themselves rather than blaming the customer. I just wonder after seeing our nearly full cups of coffee left on the table whether she would go and test the milk herself or just keep serving up to other customers…. I obviously don’t recommend this place

The breakfast was good, we had avocado toast and cheese toast. But the fresh juice was extremely over priced. We paid €10 for a glass of orange juice, which we definitely think is too much. Nevertheless, good environment and friendly staff.

In the beginning, I wasn't a big fan of TOZD. However, my opinion on it changed. I like hanging there to meet some friends, have a beer or a coffee. It would be great if Ljubljana had more bars like this.
