They absolutely know what they're doing. Baristas know their coffees and prep methods. It's clean and tasteful with great coffee. Tried the Kenya AA, excellent, very clean coffee. You even have some crazy expensive specialty coffees from ninety plus coffee that you can try and buy. 100 € for 100g of coffee, i never saw that before walking into a roastery and to have the balls to think someone's gonna buy it. Respect.

Bar all’interno del museo. Location con molte piante e ben rifinita. Ambiente tranquillo dove si può anche lavorare o studiare. La caratteristica principale di questo bar è che ha una selezione di caffè particolari macinati al momento e preparati con diversi metodi a filtro. Il personale è gentile e molto competente per queste preparazioni. Il mio Ice tea alla frutta strabuono. Si può richiedere anche una degustazione di questi caffè. Wi-Fi disponibile. Consiglio.

Fancy machines and a nice interior don't produce good results just by themselves. You have to work at it and be consistent at it especially when it comes to coffee. I understand you guys pick and choose your beans, roast them locally but the baristas operating the machines need a lot more guidance on the grind profiles to improve extraction... sadly the result was a soulless sour and bitter shot of coffee. You put all this hard work into your business but miss out on the final product at the very last stage... fix it and you will thrive! And what's up with the concept of not being able to order at the bar and only at the table? Unless you want to be restaurant first that also tries to offer a decent cup of coffee? It's just too old school for your image. Hope this helps.

Sehr gemütlicher versteckter Ort im Museum, wo man gemütlich sitzen kann (drin oder im Innenhof). Hunde sind auch willkommen :-) Der Service ist geschult und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Kaffee-Auswahl sowie Qualität sehr gut. Definitv einen Besuch wert!

This place is tucked away in a museum so don't give up looking for it (as we nearly did!). The staff really care about the product and it shows in the coffee which is made with care and precision. The pies looked excellent too!

Tucked in the back of the museum and surrounded by most precious plants is this cute coffee spot! Loved the smell of the freshly grounded coffee when I entered. I took Filter coffee and the staff was telling me all about my coffee origin, notes and flavours. It was an experience that I would repeat for sure! ☕️😻
