Mislim da 14 pakovanja kafe dovoljno govori o kvalitetu iste. Svaki put kada sam u Beogradu, rado svratim i kupim nekoliko pakovanja – kafa je zaista vrhunska. Ovaj put sam prvi put svratila baš u ovaj lokal, i iako je bilo 8 ujutru, dočekala me je izuzetno ljubazna i prijatna gospođa (mislim da se zove Slađana). Uglavnom sam do sada nailazila na uslugu koja nije na zavidnom nivou u ovim lokalima, ali ovo je prvi put da sam srela nekoga ko je toliko srdačan i profesionalan. Prijatno iznenađenje!

Kafa nije losa ali su radnici ekstremno neljubazni i ne vracaju kucur uz bezobrazne komentare. Rec je o radnji u Starine Novak. Menadzerima preporuka da obrate paznju na ponasanje radnika.

Međutim, kako to već biva kad se proširi dobar glas, kvalitet je bitno opao, a cena porasla, tek je neznatno niža od konkurencije, kafa kiselkastog ukusa, bez mirisa. Još jedna promena poslovnih običaja na gore - toalet u lokalu Kraljice Marije je zaključan i mogu da ga koriste samo gosti kafea. Možete da kupite 10kg kafe, to vas ne kvalifikuje da dobijete ključ. Pada kvalitet, raste cena, ucenjuju određenom vrstom potrošnje, gospodin za šankom neljubazan i indiferentan - vreme je da se promeni prodavac kafe. 👎

The outdoor sitting is perfect if you're up to enjoy some amazing coffee under the sunshine. Sure there is a lot of traffic around, but it almost doesn't even matter when you get such nice service, quality coffee and delicious carrot cake! We recommend trying out the coffee blends they package, we loved both the turkish styles and espresso grind! They have a wide variety of choices!
