By far the worst service experience I have ever had. I engaged 2TM to help with applying to a specific study program at the University of Ljubljana. I paid for help with the application process and also the residence permit, in advance. During the application process, there were a couple of times when I was told to prepare documents which were not required by the university. When there was a complication with verification of my previous education from the US, 2TM showed no interest in solving it. I had to work directly with the admissions office at University of Ljubljana. Furthermore, when I was accepted into the program, 2TM didn't notify me. I followed up with the admissions office and was told that I have been accepted and all the details were sent to 2TM. I have actually never received any of the details. In the end, I did the enrolment on my own and I also didn't use 2TM's help for obtaining the residence permit. Needless to say, I received no refund, no apologies and no communication of any sort.

Sve super. Pohvale za agenciju i celo osoblje. Ucestvovali su u upisu deteta u Djaški Dom,srednju Vetrinarsku skolu i dobijanje dozvole za boravak. Koristili smo i njihove privatne caspve za Slovenački,sjajni su✌️🙂

Не раджу! Не звертайтесь! Мій чоловік звертався ще в наш мирний час. Потрібна була допомога в працевлаштуванні з допомогою в отриманні ВНЖ. Як це робиться - подається заява на біржу. Така щоб не знайшлось словенців. Тоді можно залучити іноземцев. Не вийшло. Знайшлись. Попросили почекати і вони ( 2тм) подадуть ще раз. Зразу не можна було щоб служба зайнятості не звернула на них уваги і не зацікавилась що то робиться. Згодились почекати. Потім у нас почалась війна. Від них нічого! Ми приїхали в Словенію. Написали їм запит про повернення грошей, тому що вони однак не робили нічого. Взагалі. Хоча зараз є нові можливості тепер вже цілком законно вирішити наше питання. Вони відповіли - гаразд, то ми розриваємо договір? Ми - так. Вони - ну якщо ви розривєте договір, то ми вам не повернемо гроші! Така ось гра слів. Більше сказати нічого. Спробуємо подати в суд. Украінці, точно вам не сюди.
