Is that rare case where the people make all the difference. I did not manage to talk to much , we stayed 1 day , but you can figure it out when people are special , when they have a good hart and very thoughtful. They left in the apartment all you could need and forget to take from home. We felt good and welcomed. Thank you Marina for letting stay at your place !

We spent a wonderful week in Zadar at Beach Paradise Apartments as if we were in our own serviced apartment. Marina was helpful, polite and took good care of us with immediate action. The location is ideal in a quiet small street near to several beaches. Supermarket and several restaurants, bars are nearby. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and in case we wanted something additional, it was there within shot time. There were brochures about Zadar and the region as well as city map in the apartment. Real five-star experience! Zadar old town is easy to reach by car in less than 10 minutes. There are several parking possibilities that were quite crowded, so for us the Parking house was the best solution.

Das Apartment ist sehr ordentlich, sauber und duftet gut. Hier wird auf vieles ganz genau geachtet. Ich habe mich extrem wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Es gibt Fahrräder zum ausleihen (gratis) der Stand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die Besitzer haben jede Menge Material vorbereitet damit man seinen Urlaub planen kann. Außerdem gibt es alles mögliche im Apartment, egal ob Hygieneartikel, Mückenspray, Sonnencreme, und vieles mehr. Ich habe es wirklich genossen mich mal um nichts kümmern zu müssen. Kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen hier zu übernachten!!

The appartment was very clean and comfortable. We stayed there with family of two kids. Inside of the appartment was as it was described. The location was perfect, it tales just 5-6 min. to the sandy beach. We also had a chance to use the grill place in the yard. Thr host Marina was very friendly and responsive. She gave us all detailed information and answered all questions with care. We would definitely come back to this place.

Beach paradise apartments were perfect for location & offered basic accommodation. Marianna was very responsive & helpful. While the space was clean, it could use some TLC & upgrades. The front & back yards were in need of some maintenance & the bbq grill needed to be cleaned ( maybe previous tenants didn’t clean the utensils left in the grill dirty). The grass needs mowing so we didn’t use it. Overall we enjoyed our stay & Marianna was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Marina’s place in Zadar! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. Marina and her mother were incredibly kind and welcoming — we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Zadar!

I had a wonderful stay in Zadar! The apartment is located on a very quiet street, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Marina was incredibly polite and welcoming — we felt truly respected and well cared for throughout our stay. The place was clean, tidy, and cozy, with everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to the sea, as well as to shops and restaurants, which made everything super convenient. Honestly, this is one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!
