Launched in the spring of 2013, the geoportal has undergone several transformations, currently operating on the Arches platform since February 2023.

Collaborative Contributions

Suhozid.hr is open for contributions from anyone who wishes to enhance the understanding of dry stone buildings. Users can submit their findings through:

1. Email submissions with accompanying photographs and information.
2. Direct uploads via the user-friendly web interface.

Contributors who successfully submit over 25 entries may qualify for Editor status, allowing broader access to the geoportal's resources.

Data Submission Considerations

Participants are encouraged to provide comprehensive data, including:

• Local names and dimensions of the structures.
• Histories of the builders and their contributions.
• Details on the former and present use of the sites.

Even if a structure is already listed, new images or details can reveal important insights.
