Airport is very clean and that is the only positive side. So empty, literally, only one place to sit and have a drink, ofc, overpriced. No baggage drop off for Ryanair flights so you have to wait 2h before the flight to be able to proceed to the gates. No info desk if you have any questions so you need to chase kids in yellow vests who are organizing the the pols to get get some kind of help (take note: they appear very rarely, like endangered species, and be fast to catch them up) Bad experience in total. If you are with the luggage do not waste ur time coming earlier here.

I recently traveled through Zagreb Airport and had the pleasure of being assisted by Victoria at the check-in counter. From the moment I approached, she greeted me with a warm smile. Her professionalism was evident as she efficiently processed my check-in, ensuring all my documents were in order and answering my questions with clarity. Victoria's positive attitude and attention to detail made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to provide clear instructions about baggage policies and boarding procedures, which I greatly appreciated.

Was totally ripped off by "Zagreb Airport Taxi"/Airport Taxi Services, company name "PRAVOCRTNI ZAGREB HRV", address Ul Barutanski Jarak 22, Zagreb. Was charged 69 Euros for a 15-minute daytime ride from the airport into Zagreb. According to all reports, the fare should have been 40 Euros maximum. Although the cab had a meter, when the ride ended, the driver typed a bunch of numbers in to bring the total up to 69 Euros. An email to the proprietor went unanswered. TAKE AN UBER or other, not a taxi.

Prossima volta mi faccio 8 ore di macchina piuttosto che mettere piede qui. Immaginate di partire da Roma con un prodotto e nessuno dell'aereoporto vi dice niente, quando andate in aereoporto a Zagabria lo stesso prodotto viene buttato, grazie mille, poi vorrei capire che senso ha buttare un prodotto da meno di 100 ml in bottiglia di plastica se quando passi il metal detector puoi comprarti una bottiglia di 1 L IN VETRO

Airport is decent and staff is friendly. But most importantly , I must say few things about someone who went out of their way to make us feel better about tricky situation. We met few very kind people who helped me and my husband with some issues that we had. Shout out to Bernard L 😇 and his team. To Damian who sells airplane tickets. And to Luka , kindness police officer that you could ever meet who helped us get a hotel and taxi , because our phones were not working. Thank you kind people 🫡😇
