Beautiful setting and good service – but unjustifiably expensive We visited the Cantina for lunch and we liked the location and lovely views. The setting is elegant and peaceful, and the service was warm and attentive. However, the prices were surprisingly steep. I had one cold starter, my husband had a warm starter, we each had a glass of wine, and shared one bottle of still water. The total bill came close to €100. Additionally, we were charged a couvert – which included bread and olive oil – even though we didn’t order it and didn’t touch it. When compared to our recent experiences in France – including 5-star hotels and Relais & Châteaux properties – where similar meals were up to 20% less expensive (and in arguably more renowned culinary destinations), this felt quite excessive. It’s a beautiful place, and we enjoyed the short visit, but the pricing does raise questions about value for money in Croatia’s current hospitality scene.

Prekrasno iskustvo! Posjetila sam konobu Saint Hills u Radovanima (Višnjan) na večeri s prijateljicama i ostale oduševljene. Za predjelo smo probale morsku platu i carpaccio od hobotnice – sve izuzetno svježe i fino pripremljeno. Glavna jela bila su prava gozba,domaći pljukanci, sočna teletina i hobotnica s grilla svaki zalogaj pun ukusa i savršeno izbalansiran. Uživale smo uz čašu svježeg bijelog vina koje je odlično pratilo jela. Usluga je bila vrlo profesionalna i ugodna,konobari su bili ljubazni i nenametljivi. Ambijent je divan, topao i autentičan, s puno šarma i odličnom atmosferom za večernje druženje. Topla preporuka svima koji žele uživati u istarskim specijalitetima u predivnom ambijentu! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Svaka preporuka za noovotvorenu vinarija u samom srcu Istre. Moje prijateljice i ja smo imale organiziranu proslavu uz cjelodnevno druženje i prespavanac. Kroz dan smo bile na terasi vinarije i družile se do samog zalaska sunca te smo se onda prebacili u unutrašnjost restorana. Na raspolaganju nam je bilo osoblje koje je bilo s nama kroz slavlje do kasno u noć. Obzirom da vinarija ima i smještajne kapacitete što je veliki plus nakon slavlja smo se samo popele na kat u apartmane. Za najam su dostupna 3 predivno uređena apartamana. Samo osoblje vinarije je bilo jako ljubazno i susretljivo, a hrana je bila više nego ukusna. Nakon dugonoćnog slavlja imali smo kasni check out i ujutro nas je dočekao bogato serviran doručak. Cjelokupni ambijent, hrana i profesionalnost osoblja je na iznimno visokoj razini. Svaka preporuka za Saints Hills Cantinu.

Mjesto je jako lijepo uređeno, atmosfera ugodna i opuštajuća, idealno za uživanje u dobroj hrani i vinu. Tartar biftek koji je kuhar pripremao za stolom je odlican i bio je to poseban dozivljaj. Probali smo i biftek koji je bio jako mekan i savršeno pripremljen. Usluga je bila na visokom nivou, a osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo. Cijene su nešto više, ali to je razumljivo s obzirom na kvalitetu hrane i cijeli dojam koji mjesto ostavlja.

Ein schönes kleines Weingut mit einer leckeren Küche. Der Sommelier war ausgesprochen nett, und hat jeden Wein ausführlich erklärt, in der Zusammensetzung sowie den Geschmack. Eine traumhafte Sicht auf die Weinreben und das Meer im Hintergrund, wirklich einen Ausflug wert.

Die Lage ist einfach schön. Eingebettet in Weinreben und Olivenfelder mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus macht einen guten Eindruck. Das selbst hergestellte Olivenöl und der Wein waren köstlich. Wir waren zum Essen dort. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Man wurde vom Parkplatz zum Tisch im Außenbereich begleitet. Dort wurde, aufgrund der Abendkälte, eine Heizung neben uns gestellt. Die Auswahl an Essen ist gegenüber anderen Restaurants reduziert aber ausreichend. Istrischer Schinken schmeckt natürlich überall sehr gut. Die Steaks waren hervorragend. Nur sind Bratkartoffeln in Deutschland etwas komplett anderes. Hier sind es eher fritierte Kartoffelstücke. Preislich lässt sich das Essen leicht über Durchschnitt einordnen. Ein großer Kritikpunkt ist aber, dass das Personal im Außenbereich geraucht hat und wir während des Essens stark mit Zigarettenqualm belästigt wurden. Das war einfach nicht schön und hat den sonstigen positiven Eindruck etwas zerstört.

Esperieza fantastica che consiglio a tutti. Abbiamo visitato il ristorante in compania degli amici. Una vista pazzesca che ricorda molto le colline della Toscana. Attenzione a tutti i dettagli. Ristorante raffinato con una carta vini completa. Prezzi alti e al di sopra della media, ma ne vale la pena.

We recently attended a tasting at this cantine. The service was attentive and friendly, and the location is excellent, providing a great atmosphere. Regarding the wines, the white selections and rose did not quite meet the expectations set by the reputation of this establishment; they lacked the complexity and balance we anticipated. However, the red wines were noticeably better-well-crafted and quite enjoyable, showing good d epth and character overall. Dingač is top class.
