Ha sido una velada increíble. Katrin nos ha compartido su historia, la de su tierra, la de su familia y su pequeña bodega, conectando todos los puntos para poder saborear bien cada uno de sus vinos acompañados por un aperitivo local. Es war ein spitzen Erlebnis! Die Winzerin Katrin erzählt (im besten Englisch) auch viel geschichtliches und dann von Ihrem Weingut! Die Gruppe war international und sehr nett! Der Platz ein Traum - die heimischen Produkte wie Schinken Käse & Brot extrem gut 👍 auch die Weine waren exzellent !

If there’s anyone as bubbly (pun intended) and passionate about what they love doing as Katrin then I’ve not met them. A wonderful tour of the area and the vineyard along with some great tastings and food. Couldn’t have asked for better company than the group of random strangers from Ireland and the US that we met. A lovely bunch of people drinking some lovely wine in lovely surroundings.

Katrin is a wonderful storyteller who really brings the history of the area, its people and its wine-making to life. Her 'mini-micro' winery is beautiful and the young wine, alongside the meats and cheeses from her friend's dairy farm, is delicious. I would recommend the tour to anyone visiting Trieste.
