We really enjoyed visiting Sancin winery. It is a perfect place to visit and taste one of the best wines of the region. Alan helped us taste the wines with his vast knowledge about the wines and the region. I would ask for Alan if you visit the winery. Alan also gave us a great suggestion for lunch and it was perfect. Sehr tolle Weinprobe, auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Würde auch gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben!! Sehr familiär und klein - und man fühlt sich willkommen, Weine sind auch sehr gut, ebenso die Olivenöle. Wir hatten 1 Prosecco und jeweils 3x Weiß und 3x Rotweine zu probieren. Wenn wir wieder nach Triest kommen, dann kommen wir sehr gerne wieder! VIELEN LIEBEN DANK!

Nonostante la giornata festiva, Devan ci ha dato la possibilità di assaggiare i vini della sua cantina dimostrando accoglienza e professionalità. Abbiamo assaggiato 5 tipologie di vino, tutte di ottima qualità: una particolare nota di apprezzamento per la bollicina e per il bianco glera.

Abbiamo appena lasciato questa cantina e già vorremmo tornare! La degustazione è stata straordinaria: abbiamo assaggiato tutta la produzione sia di vino sia di olio, con abbondanti spiegazioni e racconti tradizionali. Il vino è meritevole e offre esperienze locali per tutti i gusti. Per noi menzione particolare per Glera fermo e no border wine. Accogliente e preparata la nostra cicerone. Consigliatissimo!
