Un ringraziamento particolare a Jelena che ci ha seguiti nella degustazione descrivendoci tutti i prodotti con grande simpatia e professionalità nonostante fosse impegnata anche con altri clienti. Vini Bressan! La dimostrazione dell’eccellenza in una piccola azienda, il giusto tempo e il rispetto per la terra definiscono l’unicità di questo vino. “…Non si imbottiglia quando il mercato lo chiede, si imbottiglia quando il vino è pronto.” Sono le parole di Fulvio, personaggio davvero particolare, appare chiuso ma quando si comincia a parlare di vino (e non solo del suo) si accende sfoderando la passione per la propria terra e per il suo lavoro.
