This company is professional and very friendly. The price was very reasonable for 9 days, unlimited millage and a almost brand new car. My advice would be to take the cleaning package ( it's not worth looking for a place to get it cleaned yourself) and take out the insurance ( which one depends on you). Also do a little bit of research before you drive of on the vehicle. Only saying this because the enhanced electronic emergencybraking system on the new Opel Mokka is deadly if you don't know about it. It can be turned off in the settings. Not the companies fault but if they read this it would be good to give advice to the driver before they set off. To the salesman who handed me the keys; I made it without a scratch, contrary to what it looked like when I drove off, looking like I had never driven a car before.

Not enough people to serve all clients, resulting in long waits outside in the sun. The space inside is enough for only 2 clients!! They have cheap rental prices but charge you for everything possible afterwards. I have never heard any car rental company to ask the client to wash and clean the car or charge them cleaning fees. The car was great, but there was a 0.5 cm small scratch on the plastic below the bumper, and they requested 300+50 euro repair. This is a scam as it is known that they never repair the cars. On top of that they do not provide any proof of the charged prices. So in conclusion, whilst the cars are good, the company is not up to international standards and one should be VERY careful before been drawn by their cheap rental prices!!!

Mietzeit: 21.06.-28.06.25 Ich habe ein 8 Sitzer für eine Woche über eine andere Webseite gebucht. Die Informationen die ankamen waren viele. Die Infos von der Webseite sagte auch expliziet, dass ich keine extra Versicherung oder ähnliches benötigen würde. Die Wegbeschreibung lag auch den Informationen bei, "Nord-Ost Ende vom Parkplatz". Da doofe war, dass diese nicht wirklich gut war. Ich bin, wie viele wahrscheinlich, erst auf dem großen Parkplatz herumgeirrt, bis man mir half. Also, den gesamten Wege zurück und die Straße zum Container gelaufen. Überlebt man, ist aber anstrengend. Der gute Mann der dort sass, war sehr von sich überzeugt. Wollte mir dreimal eine Versicherung aufschwatzen. Ich sagt nein, und er war nicht sehr erfreut. Er fragte, wo wir wohnen würden. Ich sagte, dass ich auf der Insel leben würde. Dann wollte er mir eine pauschale Zahlung von € 50,- pro Tag abziehen, wegen des benutzen einer Fähre. Die Insel die ich meinte war Okrug und ist über eine Brücke erreichbar. Also doch keine Extra Gebühr. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass er mich nicht vertehen wollte. Als ich auch das ablehnte, fing er mit dem Tankservice an. Den lehnte ich auch ab. Dann mit weitere Fahrer, auch das lehnte ich ab, da dies relativ teuer ist. Dann wollte er mir noch eine Versicherung andrehen, da man hier anders fährt als in Nordeuropa. Ich sagte ihm, dass ich schon in Italien und auch in Afghanistan Auto gefahren bin. Damit war das Thema auch erledigt. Danach machte er endlich die Papiere fertig. Als er das Auto holte, war ich doch sehr positiv überrascht. Es war ein ziemlich neuer Renault Bus. Er ging mit mir ums Fahrzeug. Dort vielen mir dann noch drei Dellen bzw. fehlende Gummis auf. Diese markierte er auf dem Zettel und unterschrieb. Damit war erst einmal das Thema erledigt. Bei der Abgabe kam ein anderer junger Mann und nahm das Auto entgegen. Dieser fand natürlich die drei Dellen und das fehlende Gummi. Ich zeigt ihm mein Übernahmeprotokoll. Da der Erste aber nur Punkte mit dem Kugelschreiber gemacht hat, konnte bzw. wollte der andere das erst nich anerkennen. Da ich aber ein Video im Beisein des ersten Mannes gemacht habe und auf die Dellen hingewiesen habe, akzeptierte das der junge Mann bei der Annahme dann doch. Auch seine süffisante Nachfrage, warum das Auto nicht gereinigt ist, konnte ich ihm mitteilen, dass ich dafür am Anfange bezahlt habe. Und es sich nur um Dreck im Fußraum, Sand und Steinchen, handelt. Danach war er glücklicherweise fertig und ich konnte gehen. Es lag vielleicht auch daran, dass gerade eine Gruppe kam, die ein Auto reserviert haben. Im Zusammenhang kann man sagen: Ja, es sind gute und neuwertige Autos. ( Welches ich genutzt habe und dort stehen sehen habe.) Ja, diese haben Dellen und Kratzer. Sie werden ja auch von vielen Leuten genutzt. Ja, man muss sehr genau bei der Übernahme schauen, Fotografieren und drauf aufmerksam machen ist auf jeden Fall Pflicht. Richtiges markieren auf dem Übernahmeprotokoll. Ja, die Jungs dort versuchen zu verkaufen und man muss klar und deutlich sagen, was man will und was nicht. Vor allem, da die Mietseiten auch schon Versicherungen enthalten. Und noch eins: BITTE ändert die Wegbeschreibung zum Marktplatz. "Nord-Ost Ende vom Parkplatz" hilft keinem!

I had a great experience renting a car in Split, Croatia. The car was new, with only 23 km on the odometer. The staff were polite and responded quickly to messages on Messenger. The deposit was returned the same day. It was a great car for vacation.

They charged for external cleaning even though it was not stated in the agreement through Check24. We cleaned the car voluntarily inside but did not think of the necessity to clean it outside which is superfluous when driving on gravel roads near Split. It was a black coloured car and so indeed there was some dust to be seen outside but not inside. I consider this a very brutal way of charging extra without thinking about the customers needs and means to manage it in such a dry and dusty environment during summer at the coast. Therefore, I officially opened a claim and will get a compensation. I cannot recommend this rental car agent. He cannot be trusted as far as my case is considered.

Nikada ne unajmljujte od ove tvrtke. Oni su prevara. Naplaćuju vam 18 eura za čišćenje ili prijete da će vam na kraju naplatiti 50 eura. Naplatit će vam 350 eura za najmanju ogrebotinu. Nikada ne unajmljujte ovdje.
