3 étoiles car tout c relativement "bien passé" (prise du véhicule, voiture conforme à la description, le retour)...Seul bémol et non des moindres ! Cette agence récente à l'intérieur de l'aéroport ferme à 21h. (Toutes les autres sont ouvertes jusqu'à minuit minimum nous avons pu le constater à notre grand désarroi...d'ailleurs étonnamment celles qui sont ouvertes sont toutes à l'extérieur de l'aéroport, bref aller comprendre) Donc si comme nous, votre vol est en soirée et que malheureusement votre avion a dû retard (nous sommes arrivés à 22h30 et bien il faut faudra dormir sur place, en l'occurrence sur 1 banc, à l'aéroport et attendre l'ouverture de Carwiz à 7h. du matin pour pouvoir récupérer votre véhicule...sinon ça sera Taxi : aller/retour - bonjour les frais supplémentaires !

The worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with. Last year, they completely ruined our vacation by causing unnecessary stress. We booked a car through the Ryanair service. Upon arrival, they said we needed to either purchase additional insurance (which was very expensive) or pay a deposit that was about half the price, but still way above normal. We chose the deposit and went to see the car. No one inspected it with us—they just handed over the keys and told us to upload photos to their website. It turned out we had taken the photos, but the website had a size limit, so we had to compress them. Luckily, I had a laptop with me; otherwise, it wouldn’t have been possible. We started the car ourselves, and immediately a "Change Engine" warning lit up. After this, we decided to go back, report the issue, and switch from the deposit to full insurance. We managed to do it—they gave us a new car, and we paid for the overpriced full insurance. Then it all happened again with the new car—photos were too big, had to compress them, and finally we were off in a scratched-up green Mokka. We got the deposit back a few days later, but the employee asked for the card number, expiration date, and CVC—for unknown reasons. For safety, I transferred all funds from that card to ensure it had access to a 0 EUR account. We lost 4 hours at the airport, arrived in Vodice exhausted and stressed. Returning the car went without issues. In the end, it all turned out okay, but the entire trip was overshadowed by stress about whether we’d get our deposit back, and later whether there would be issues during return. Never again with Carwiz.

Missleading Informations, Double Charge & Bad Service I was charged for an insurance package that I neither requested nor was informed about. At the rental counter, your staff stated that I would only need to pay for the booking I made via Booking.com. At no point was there any clear mention of an additional, overpriced insurance package. Had I been properly informed, I would have declined this option, as it was completely unnecessary. They told me I am paying for the Car, they didn't told me anything about an EXTRA INSURANCE I didn't need.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit CARWIZ in Zadar. Das Personal war durchweg unfreundlich und wir hatten permanent das Gefühl, dass man uns das Geld aus der Tasche ziehen will. Am Ende wurde uns eine Reinigungsgebühr von 10 € berechnet, weil das Auto nicht gesaugt und nicht durch die Waschanlage gebracht wurde – obwohl es sich nur um minimale Verschmutzungen handelte, wie sie nach einer normalen Nutzung nach 1 Woche eben auftreten. Diese Information wurde uns weder bei der Abholung noch im Vorfeld klar kommuniziert. Insgesamt mangelt es an transparenter Kommunikation und Kundenfreundlichkeit. Für uns war das definitiv das letzte Mal bei CARWIZ. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Auto půjčuji často, ale toto je opravdu nejlepší autopůjčovna! Velmi ochotný peronál nás dovedl až k autu, na přepážce jsme strávili ani ne 5 minut, vrácení probíhalo také velmi rychle. Vypůjčenbé auto bylo plně funkční, pohodlné a prostorné.

Worst experience ever. Rented a car from Carwiz at Zadar Airport and got the car very dirty from inside and returned the same he took from me 10€ for cleaning. Plus the coworker refused all my card he want to take full insurance was very rude.

A very bad experience. First point, the excess buyback is offered at €250 compared to €75 on Booking. We didn't take it. Second point, we had to pay €350 plus €80 in administration fees for a scratch on the plastic part of the bumper, even though it was probably already there to begin with. Unfortunately, we didn't have a photo of this scratch despite the many photos we had taken... Moreover, it looked like a set-up because as soon as we arrived, we hadn't even gotten out of the car when the Carwiz employee rushed to this defect without looking at anything else, not even the fuel level. ...We think we were trapped... Une très mauvaise expérience. Premier point le rachat de franchise est proposé à 250 € contre 75 sur Booking. Nous ne l'avons pas pris. Deuxième point nous avons eu à payer 350€ plus 80 euros de frais de dossier pour une griffure sur la partie en plastique du pare choc alors qu'elle y était probablement déjà au départ Malheureusement nous n'avions pas la photo de cette griffure malgré les nom reuses photos que nous avions prises ... De plus cela ressemblait à un coup monté car dès notre arrivée nous n'étions pas encore descendus de la voiturr que l'employé de Carwiz se précipitait sur ce défaut sans rien regarder d autre pas même le niveau d'essence. ...Nous pensons avoir été piégé...

Be aware!!! I rented a car since they had a good rating. However, they start by complaining that the car is not left with full tank, even though it was 3/4 when I rented it. I had to prove that the tank was not full with a picture which they didn't want to accept first. Then he found 2 tiny scratches, about 3 mm that I had to prove that they were already there. Luckily I had a video, but then he kept on finding random marks (less than 2mm large). Obviously this is a way to get some extra money. The car itself was below average with a yellow control lamp flashing from start. Go somewhere else and save yourself the stress. Cheers

Vorsicht bei dieser Autovermietung – absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Abzocke !!! Wir haben über Check24 einen Mietwagen gebucht – inklusive Vollkasko-Versicherung ohne Selbstbeteiligung. Trotzdem wollte man uns vor Ort eine zusätzliche Versicherung für über 230 € andrehen. Als wir ablehnten, wurde der Ton schnell unfreundlich. Besonders fragwürdig: Bei der Rückgabe ging der Mitarbeiter gezielt zur unteren Stoßstange und fasste direkt an eine Stelle, als wüsste er ganz genau, dass dort bereits kleine Kratzer vorhanden waren. Die Kratzer waren kaum sichtbar und an einer unauffälligen Stelle – trotzdem wurden uns dafür 430 € berechnet. Das wirkt auf uns absolut geplant und systematisch. Wir hatten von dem Wagen zahlreiche Fotos gemacht, nur leider nicht unter der Stoßstange. Insgesamt ein extrem enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Wir fühlen uns abgezockt und können diese Autovermietung in keiner Weise empfehlen.

s'il y avait zéro point j'en mettrais. à fuir absolument.La première visite en Croatie,on a réservé la voiture sur booking ils nous ont demandé un frais supplémentaire et il n'ont pas accepté la carte bancaire qu'on utilise toujours pour toutes les locations en Europe.Ils sont même pas souriants et ils n'étaient jamais en faveur de la réconciliation.

Polecamy serdecznie! Wypożyczyliśmy 2 samochody na lotnisku w Zadarze od razu po przylocie. Na stronie rentalcars wszystkie informacje jasno wyjaśnione, mieliśmy przy sobie karty kredytowe (ważne! Główny kierowca musi być właścicielem karty kredytowej). Zastosowaliśmy się do instrukcji, byliśmy przygotowani na opłacenie depozytu (przy niskim ubezpieczeniu wyższy depozyt; im wyższe ubezpieczenie tym mniejszy depozyt). Oddaliśmy samochody na lotnisku w Splicie. Bardzo łatwo znaleźliśmy biuro w Zadarze i w Splicie, a także miejsca parkingowe wypożyczalni. Przy zwrocie samochodów na parkingu czekała na nas pracowniczka wypożyczalni. Odbiór i zwrot bardzo sprawny. Samochody nowe, zadbane i czyste. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutów, co było zbawienne przy temperaturach na zewnątrz. Obsługa zarówno w Zadarze jak i w Splicie bardzo miła i pomocna. Polecamy!

Uwaga na nich. Radze omijać szerokim łukiem. Najpierw próbowali mi wcisnąć ubezpieczenie za 180euro. Powiedziałem że nie potrzebuje bo wykupiłem pelne przez booking. Okazało się że nie mogę zapłacić kaucji karta debetową. Mogę niby tylko kartą kredytową. Tej nie miałem więc jedynym wyjściem było zapłacenie ubezpieczenia za 180euro i kaucja 200euro która już po zapłaceniu za ubezpieczenie mogłem zapłacić już kartą debetowa bez problemu. Ogólnie zamiast za auto z pełnym ubezpieczeniem na 4dni zapłaciłem 1300zl zamiast 500zl. Oszuści i naciągacze. Odradzam.

Beware the “Valeting Fee” Scam. Rented a car from Carwiz at Zadar Airport and got hit with a €10 valeting fee on return — something I’ve never experienced with any other rental company. Apparently, they expect the car to be returned in exactly the same spotless condition it left in, which is completely unreasonable for a rental. What’s worse is that this fee is buried in the fine print of the terms and conditions: “Valeting Fee: If this applies to you, the cost is €10 per day with a minimum fee of €10 per rental…” Pick-up was smooth and the car itself was fine, but I can’t overlook this sneaky hidden charge. It leaves a bad impression and makes me think twice about renting from Carwiz again.

I don’t recommend this car rental. We rented a car, returned it in order, filled up the tank and still they wanted to pay a fine for the supposedly dirty car. They ignored the arguments and documents about paying for the gas.

I don't recommend this rental company. We rented 2 cars for a few days. The first car was beat up from hail, big cobwebs inside and we had to inflate the tires at the first gas station. The second car looked fine, but after returning it the company wrongfully charged us for dirtying the car and not refueling. Which was not a true. Choose another rental company!

Szkoda że nie można dać 0 gwiazdek bo na tyle zasługują. W skrócie niekompetena obsługa która nie poinformowała że odbiór samochodu 30 min wcześniej skutkuje naliczeniem kolejnego dnia użytkowania, naciąganie na dodatkowe ubezpieczenia a na prośbę wyjaśnienia w jakim celu to ubezpiecznie skoro mamy już z bookingu gniewne prychanie i odpowiedź że ich to ubezpieczenie nie interesuje. Trzymajcie się od nich jak najdalej, szkoda nerwów i pieniędzy. Lepiej wynająć osiołka napewno będzie miłej i kompetentniej niż w carwizz. 😀 Edit: Kontakt z biurem obsługi był odrazu po powrocie z wakacji. Informacja od nich w skrócie taka: "takie mamy zasady i nic nie zamierzamy robić z waszą reklamacją"

Picked up a car from here. Pickup was really smooth as the car was already ready. The gentleman at the desk was really helpful and walked us to the car for the handover. We dropped the car back early and the drop off was smooth as well with just dropping the keys and papers in the box. They do charge a small cleaning fee of 10 euros after the return.

Wypożyczenie zaczęło się niewinnie od innego auta niż zamówione, ale to w sumie nic takiego. Na parkingu okazało się, że auto jest brudne i na zewnątrz i w środku. Przy oddawaniu auta po informacji, że wszystko jest w porządku, po kilku minutach na maila przyszła fakturę z opłatą za czyszczenie auta 10 euro. Absurd! Oczywiście na maila o co chodzi już nie raczą odpowiedzieć.

I rented the car through an agency, and the insurance was also purchased through the agency. The rental process went smoothly. On-site, insurance from the rental company is offered, which seems to be a better option than the agency’s insurance as it provides greater protection. However, I couldn’t purchase it when renting through the agency (a much cheaper option than renting directly from the rental company). The car was new (about 35,000 km), fully fueled, with a few scratches noted in a report I received. Initially, I was surprised why the car was so scratched, but it turned out it lacked parking sensors and a rearview camera, which makes driving and parking more difficult. Unfortunately, when choosing the car, it was stated that it could fit two large suitcases. I received a Citroën C3 Aircross, and it’s good I didn’t have two large suitcases because there’s no way they would have fit in the trunk. A deposit of 1800 was secured on my credit card. It can be reduced by purchasing the company’s insurance. The car seats, paid for on-site, did not have ISOFIX, which I think should be standard given the high price of the seats (in my case, the cost of renting the car equaled the cost of renting two car seats). I had to install the car seats myself. I paid 10€ on-site for cleaning to avoid worrying about dirt. The deposit was refunded to my account after 2 days. 3 stars for: receiving a smaller car than ordered, lack of parking sensors and rearview camera, poor quality car seats (no ISOFIX), high deposit.
