HORRIBLE! This man doesn’t know what he is doing! He fixed this boot yesterday after I returned it when he “fixed” it the first time (it broke after I wore the boot 3 times). I only stepped out and luckily it broke right away so I had time to change. And here is the bag he “fixed”, this is my first time going out with this bag after getting it “fixed”. Also it takes 2 weeks for him to “fix” stuff for you. Plus his attitude is something else: arrogant and not friendly. Stay away from this “professional”.
