Please read Quick tips: while isn’t rocky making your way up there, I would recommend wearing comfortably shoes(hiking shoes or trainers or boots) as everything in the monastery and surrounding are rocky. Get yourself a bottle of water as you might want not to go back straight away because the view is simply irresistible :) and all of that for free. You pay 0€ for this, as well as interesting rocks and few sit and table alongside the path so I would recommend walking up there to enjoy the whole experience. Just beware that you might encounter people being openly offended by the color of your skin and get a lot of eyes for simply being a tourist. But overall Great place to enjoy a sunset and meditate if you want to. You can also see the whole city and it’s recommended for 360 view on all islands.

It’s better if you get there by car or scooter, there is a small parking space there on top of the hill. However, you may also get there by an e-bike or on foot.

Remains of a venetian medieval castle. Stunning views. Takes about 1,5 hours to hike up to the castle (in lovely nature), but definitely worth it.

Będąc z rodzinka na wypoczynku postanowiliśmy, zwiedzić fort można to zrobić na kilka sposobów piezo ok 3 km, rowerem bądź samochodem pod fortem znajduje się parking na kilka samochodów, z parkingu 3 min i jesteśmy przy bramie fortu, wejście bezpłatne, bardzo fajne ruiny do przejścia w ok 15 min, za to widoki okolicy przepiękne i dla tych widoków polecam gorąco tą wycieczkę na najwyższej wieży lekki wiaterek co daje trochę wytchnienia przy panujących upałach, w tak gorący dzień nie polecam pieszej wycieczki, chociaż na trasie kilka miejsc w których można odpocząć w cieniu drzew oliwnych, trzeba pamiętać o zabranie odpowiedniej ilości wody, wycieczkę zaliczam do udanych i gorąco polecam.
