Tvrđava je otvorena kao dio obilaska dubrovačkih zidina. Pogled s vrha kule je impresivan. Prvotno izgrađena 1319. godine kao četvrtasta kula, ali je kasnije proširena i ojačana u 15. stoljeću u današnji prepoznatljiv oblik. Preporuka.

La paysage est très joli mais cela ne vaut pas 40€ !! Il suffit d’aller dans un café sur les remparts pour avoir une vue toute aussi belle et profiter d’une boisson pour un prix bien inférieur

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed visiting Tvrđava Minčeta Tower during our walk around the old town of Dubrovnik. As the highest point along the city walls, the tower offered absolutely stunning panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the historic rooftops below. Its impressive medieval architecture and well-preserved structure made it a highlight of our stroll. Be prepared for a good walk...and it was not bad as we took our time and did it slowly taking lots of pictures and videos.

Faire le grand tour. Une heure pour découvrir, la mer, la vieille ville et la montagne. Une forteresse en très bon état, entretenue et le parcours est confortable. A chaque coin, chaque angle le panorama a 360 degrés, vue de haut... le détour vaut les 40 euros...

Provides a delightful overlook of Old Town and the rest of Dubrovnik. The stones and mortar, the layout, and the strategic views ooze of the history of the fortress. It harkens to a time when people cared about form and function in combination, not one over the other. Be cautious of the slick surfaces and wear good walking shoes, sandals will not help you. The steps are deep and steep, with handrails that don’t always give confidence. Just know, even if it feels “unsafe” compared to other things you could do, just know that you will regret not walking this section of the Old Town Fortress Wall.

A must-see – impossible to miss! Minčeta is one of the great guardians of Dubrovnik, visible from nearly every angle below the city walls. Absolutely majestic, especially when viewed from Pile Gate. It’s part of the city walls tour and included in the Dubrovnik Pass, which currently costs €45 for 24 hours (2025). Once you reach the top – the views from Minčeta are even more magnificent than you expect. Just below the fortress, inside the walls, there's even a charming little playground – a peaceful contrast to the grandeur above.

Nechápu, že spousta lidí prošla kolem naprosto bez zájmu, ta věž je úžasná. A nechoďte jenom nahoru (kde je krásný výhled), ale sejděte i do boku dolů, kde máte taky zajímavé místo k vidění (navíc využito v Game of thrones).

Der Aufstieg hat sich gelohnt. Preis für die Umrundung der Mauer ist € 40,00...überteuert aber für Dubrovnik normal
