I had the absolute pleasure of meeting two of the wonderful people working at the Postojna Tourist Information Centre. They were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Both of the lovely ladies I met went above and beyond to help me, providing great information about the town, nearby sights, walking trails, restaurant recommendations, and other local attractions. They even helped me out by providing phone numbers for local taxi companies so I could arrange a taxi from my accommodation to the train station for an early train out of Postojna. I genuinely don't think I've ever had such a positive, pleasant experience at a tourist office before. Thank you!

Lamentable qu'une ville si touristique n'ai pas une meilleur information sur les transport en commun. Dans la station des bus un bureau de tourisme est fermé et indique juste qu'il serait à 50 mt, sans expliquer ou. M'ait attention jusqu'à 14h. La gare des bus à un guichet fermé et les horaires sont incomprensibles et juste en Slovène. Trop d'argent avec le tourisme et zéro services. Il semble y avoir une navette municipale pour se rendre aux grottes et au château, les horaires sont limités et on ne sait pas le prix.

La dame à l'accueil était très gentille et accueillante. Elle nous a bien expliqué comment nous rendre aux différents endroits à visiter. Si vous avez des questions, n'hésitez pas à aller à l'office de tourisme. Merci 😊

Two different attendants went above and beyond to help me to figure out where I was going and to get a bus ticket. One even lent me her charger when my phone was running out of battery. I felt very welcomed during my visit! ☺️

Unser Besuch im Tourist Information Centre - Galerija war sehr angenehm. Eine junge,nette Dame hatte auf unsere Fragen,in guten Englisch die Antworten. Wir wurden mit Infomaterial und tollen Tips versorgt. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!
