Abbiamo prenotato vari appartamenti nel corso degli anni senza mai nessun problema. Molto gentili ed efficienti. Comunicazione veloce anche via mail. Parlano bene molte lingue tra cui l'italiano. Hanno un rapporto diretto con i proprietari, che conoscono personalmente. Grazie!

Very kind and professional. We visited Lošinj last weekend and the owner helped us to find the appropriate appartment for us, went to the apparment with us and then we met the owner. The agency is located in the center of Veli Lošinj, you can reach it directly by car. We’ve rented the apartment Marija, owned by Danjela, was perfect and the price was more than fair. We’ll definitely come back to the agency next time.

Sehr netter Service. Wir haben vier Räder ausgeliehen und waren top zufrieden. Ausleihe und Rückgabe waren bis 13.00 Uhr möglich. Preis pro Rad lag bei 15 Euro. Ggfs. vorher Verfügbarkeit anfragen, da im Herbst die Ausleihmöglichkeiten begrenzt ist.

Esperienza negativa per i seguenti motivi: - pur avendoli contattati 2 mesi prima del soggiorno e chiesto più volte del parcheggio, ci hanno detto solo pochi giorni prima, dietro mia ulteriore richiesta, che non si arrivava con l'auto alla casa e che il parcheggio più vicino era a pagamento, mentre quello gratuito era molto più lontano. - appena arrivati non ci hanno neanche fatto passare in agenzia, ma ci hanno "rimbalzato" ai proprietari di casa, i quali ci hanno poi confermato che l'agenzia avrebbe dovuto prima farci andare presso i loro uffici per prendere i nostri documenti (cosa che non ha mai fatto). - ci hanno risposto in modo molto scortese mettendo in dubbio le nostre parole e dicendo che non volevano più averci come ospiti, quando in realtà con i proprietari di casa (due persone anziane, dolcissime e molto disponibili) ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci hanno detto di tornare a trovarli, si sono anche complimentati per come abbiamo tenuto la casa e ci hanno tenuto a sottolineare che erano mortificati per il modo in cui si era comportata l'agenzia in merito al parcheggio ed ai documenti. Pertanto ritengo che l'agenzia abbia agito in modo molto scorretto e poco professionale. Li sconsiglio.
