Prima di visitare la città consiglio vivamente di fermarsi e ritirare la guida cartacea multilingue. Di ogni attrazione si trova la spiegazione completa della storia e dei particolari artistici. Anche il sito web è molto ben fatto e utilissimo . Personale cortese e disponibile a fornire ogni tipo di informazione e aiuto . No ofrecen mucha información. Tenía que realizarle las preguntas para que me explicara un poco , por lo que si no tienes claro que quieres de liubliana te servirá para coger un mapa, no te darán más información.

Worst service. Officially open until 18.00.. but if you arrive after 18.45 the close the cash register and you can not buy tickets or anything else.. not even with card. The feedback: tough, come back tomorrow. But I want tickets for tonight, not tomorrow! Customer service 0.0. Interesting: people were outside complaining but the two ladies inside didn't seem to care..
