A quirky but appealing building. As far as I can tell you can only reach the top by a lift inside. I'm told there is both a cafe and a restaurant. We used the cafe only. Probably the most basic fayre we had in the city, but nonetheless pleasant enough and prices were fine. Well worth it for the views if the weather is good - on a windy day, probably still worth it as there is glass all the way round to hide behind upto head height (when standing).
