I will answer to your by other account, because i cant accept your response. I completely understand that mistakes happen. In this case, though, you did the bare minimum to help me. To be more specific, at 6:19 a.m. the bus left, at 6:20 a.m. I sent you that you left us behind and at 6:24 a.m. you told me that the other passengers got off. Just 4 minutes from the meeting point you knew the mistake, but you preferred to continue your schedule instead of coming to pick us up or waiting for us to come to you(at the meeting point exists also a taxi point - we could just take one). You weren't willing to delay a bit to correct your mistake and help two people. The fact that you made us a refund is the obvious one and you were obliged to do that. You should also know that when someone books a tour for a specific day means that he has a program to his mind and he isn't capable always to change it. I was leaving the next day and this is a thing that you also knew, because I told you so.

The worst organised trip that I eventually didn't have. First of all, the meeting point was at 6 o'clock, and I was there 15 minutes earlier with 6 other strangers. When the bus came, the guide let four people board and not my wife and me. I kept saying to him that this is my bus, because I had every detail in my phone, but he decided to close the door and leave. Immediately, I texted them that they didn't pick me up. They answered me that they made a mistake and they picked "two idiots"(as they wrote to me) instead and that they eventually left them on the street, but now they can't come back to get us. So, we lost our trip, because the guide couldn't do his job and decided not to say the names or check the tickets during the boarding. The fun fact is that every other bus that stopped at this meeting point, was saying the names before letting anyone board. The worst thing, though, was that after all these, they cancelled our trip, announcing that the guide was unavailable in order not to be exposed.

Went on the Dubrovnik: Mostar & Kravica Waterfalls Day Trip with Matija and our expert driver! It was a fantastic trip. Matija was humorous and well-informed. I thought we had plenty of time at each stop. We were also able to vote as a group on whether we wanted more time in the city or at the waterfalls, which I thought was a really nice touch. I did want to stop back at the marijuana farm, but sadly, we didn’t get to that one 😛. The bus is HOT and definitely a bit stinky from all the sweaty bodies and lingering farts, so be prepared. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. I’d absolutely go again. Bonus points to Matija for being a Dragon Ball Z fan!

We did a day trip to Mostar and Kravice on Thursday, and it was absolutely amazing! Our tour guide, Matija, was fantastic—he had great energy, a great sense of humor, and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the day. He was also very knowledgeable and gave us a fascinating overview of the history of Bosnia and the surrounding region. The day was long and hot, but I genuinely loved every moment. I'm so glad I made the effort—Mostar and Kravice were both absolutely breathtaking. Kravice, in particular, was so stunning it looked like something out of a CGI movie! A huge thank you to Rock Tours for fitting me in at the last minute, and especially to Matija—you are amazing and you’re going to go far!

Hats off to Matija & Dragon for a great trip to Mostar today. Fantastic driving from Dragon, we felt really comfortable in the coach. Matija is a really friendly and enthusiastic guide, he went out of his way to get to know his customers and have chats with everyone. Very interesting insights about the region and the people. Would highly recommend this tour. Rock tours did an excellent job with their communications and information. Thanks everyone

The tour to Mostar and Kravice with Matija was amazing! Not only were the destinations out of this world, Matija was extremely knowledgeable on the history of Bosnia & Herzegovina and all the sights we saw along the way to our destinations. He delivered all of this in a hilarious manner and kept even the darkest parts of the history light and digestible. Also huge shout out to our driver, a local Herzegovinian who transported us around the roads with confidence and ease. Very highly recommend taking this tour, it was an incredible experience!!
