Warnung! Abzocke! Tickets werden ohne Möglichkeit der Erstattung verkauft. Dann kommt circa alle 25 Minuten ein alter und viel zu kleiner bus, in den Sie nur einsteigen können wenn sie sich an die Spitze der Warteschlange drängen. Hoffnungslos überfüllt. Gepäckraum ist sowieso sofort voll. Wenn sie dann nicht zusteigen können wird ihnen gesagt, der nächste bus kommt in 25 minuten. Dann beginnt das gedränge von vorne. Geld zurück gibt’s nicht! 0 Sterne

Pricing, bus and driving okay. Service let down by driver not naming clear which Pilar gates to old town they were dropping at. Noting drop off is at the East rather than West pilar would greatly help those unfamiliar with the area and what points the bus stops at.

Service déplorable. Le chauffeur grand fort aux cheveux noirs est agressif et malpoli. Il n'ouvre pas le 2e compartiment à bagage et parle mal. On est obligé de rester debout dans un bus blindé avec nos bagages sur une route à virage. En plus aucun respect des horaires quand on doit prendre l'avion c'est très stressant de savoir si le bus va arriver ou non. Je déconseille fortement service stressant, fatiguant et dangereux !

I appreciated this service and at the time of my booking (April 2025), it was the recommended option for transit to the airport from Dubrovnik because it was reliable and the best priced (10 euros one way, 15 euros round trip within 7 days). Reminder: Consult the time schedule for your day of departure as the departure times change daily. Take a picture of your ticket as well as having the ticket in your possession to present to the driver the day of your departure. One notable concern (hence the rating) - as a passenger traveling on the bus in the rain on a stormy morning, on wet roads, noticing the driver was on his phone multiple times winding the curves of the road along cliffs was absolutely unsettling. I work in trauma as a medical provider so the negligence concerns me. It is preventable. I wish no detriment to the career of the driver or this company but this is a significant area of improvement that the company should address for the safety and well-being of passengers/customers/other drivers on the road and in the community.

Prijevoz od zračne luke do grada je upravo to, prošao je u redu. Ali sve moguće bodove moram oduzeti za apsolutno sramotno ponašanje vozača. Pogotovo gledajući da je ovo jedan od prvih kontakta sa gradom nakon što ljudi slete, da vozač autobusa niti jednoj osobi koja je ulazila u bus nije rekao dobar dan ili pogledao u lice. Nakon što sam sama zatvorila vrata za prtljagu, obavijestila sam vozača o tome na ulasku u bus, ali nisam dobila ni hvala ni bilo kakav signal da je čuo što sam mu rekla, nego mi je bez riječi mahnuo rukom da ulazim u bus. Neopisivo bezobrazno. Također na izlazu: vozač nikome nije dao ni doviđenja ni goodbye, a svi putnici su bili ljubazni. Da su ljudi koji dolaze posjetit našu državu tako primljeni, da se neko u javnoj usluzi može tako nepristojno ponašati, je teško razočarenje. Ja sam se sramila. Ako bi se vozače moglo napomenuti da se drže bar nekakvog profesionalnog ili barem ljudskog standarda, sigurna sam da bi se prosjek ovih recenzija drastično promijenio.

Scammers if they can. Avoid where possible, and share an Uber. I had to in the end. I’m sure they also sometimes provide transport, but they’re fast to take your money based off inaccurate information they provided, then deny refunds at the office when you go back to ask why they said the bus would be 45mins when in fact the driver wouldn’t arrive for another hour on top. I was told to email to get my refund, I emailed in English and Croatian and they don’t reply. So I have a receipt for a bus I couldn’t wait for without missing my Airbnb check in, and standing around for nearly 2 hours, and they just ignore emails.

Badnji dan 2024. Djelatnica dotične firme u Zračnoj luci Dubrovnik prodala mi je kartu za shuttle bus uz riječi da autobus kreće za 10 minuta i da ga pričekam ispred. Nakon 20 minuta čekanja do mene dolazi zaštitar da mi kaže da je autobus otišao još prije nego sam ja izašla, sljedećeg autobusa nema 2 i po sata, a djelatnica koja mi je prodala kartu elegantno se pokupila sa svog radnog mjesta. Budući da sam htjela stići u Dubrovnik u razumnom vremenskom roku, bila sam prisiljena platiti taksi u iznosu od 50 eura. Na poslani e-mail u kojem sam se požalila na njihovo krajnje neprofesionalno ponašanje i tražila novčanu naknadu za prijevoz nisu htjeli odgovoriti. Apsolutno vam savjetujem da izbjegavate ovaj autoprijevoznik pod svaku cijenu.
