Broke my key inside a bicycle lock I bought from this store. I asked if I could borrow something to cut it with or they can help me that, as the bike was 2 minutes far from the store and the whole proccess would take 5 mins. After calling for permission of the boss, the staff was told to ask me for 10 Euros for this help of 5mins.... Didn't know that a little help has this price tag, SHAME! The only negative refference I have ever given. Reccomend other places for service, like Viktor in Rozna, someone in Poljanski nasip or whereever. They will probably charge you even for entering the shop here.
