Fantastisk og autentisk oplevelse Spændende fortælling om trøfler, hvor man virkelig kan mærke passionen og kærligheden til trøffeljagt. Mirko Prodan var yderst professionel, med en imponerende viden og en smittende entusiasme, der gjorde oplevelsen både lærerig og inspirerende. Maden, tilberedt af mama Vanda, var helt vidunderlig – frisklavet, fyldt med smag og en perfekt præsentation af trøflernes unikke karakter. Værterne var utroligt imødekommende og delte generøst ud af deres historier og traditioner omkring trøfler og livet i området. Smagningerne var en sand fornøjelse, og hele besøget var præget af varme, charme og ægte lokal autenticitet. Wir hatten leider keine Zeit für die Tour, sondern nur im Shop vor Ort bei der Familie Prodan. Aber ein Traum an Auswahl und auch die Erklärung woher der Trüffel kommt und wie verarbeitet🤩. Super nett und sehr sympathisch🤗🤗. Regional, nachhaltig und top Qualität😋.Likör mit Trüffel 🤩😋,Aufstriche😋..Öle😋..Eigentlich alles. Vandaag gingen we op truffel hunt bij Prodan Tartufi. We werden zeer hartelijk onthaald, kregen heel wat interessante uitleg en mochten daarna met de hond op pad. Het regende wel wat dus kregen we botten en regenjassen. We vonden 3 zwarte truffels en enkele andere. Vervolgens mochten we aan tafel schuiven voor een truffel drie-gangendiner. Je merkt dat dit echt de mensen hun passie is! Omdat het zo lekker was konden we niet anders dan enkele heerlijke zaken uit de winkel te kopen om mee te nemen naar huis. Echte aanrader!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment et appris plein de choses ! La dégustation est excellente et nous avons fait le plein de provisions ! Pour info, il est possible de se faire livrer même à l'étranger 😉 Le couple parle très bien anglais, ce qui nous a bcp aidé pour la dégustation !

Unforgettable experience – 10 out of 10! I almost never leave reviews – but this time I simply couldn’t walk away without sharing how amazing this experience was. We had an absolutely perfect time truffle hunting with the wonderful Prodan family – Višnja and her brother Mirko. From the first moment, everything felt warm and personal. It wasn’t too hot, it was just the three of us – me, my wife, and our son – and we truly enjoyed every minute. Višnja and Mirko were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel authentic and relaxed. The meal after the walk was exceptional – fresh, delicious, and full of local flavor. Honestly, we couldn’t ask for more. And Sky – the truffle dog – stole our hearts! So friendly and full of energy. If you’re looking for a real, down-to-earth truffle experience in Istria, this is it.

We had an unforgettable and truly unique experience truffle hunting with our wonderful hosts, Višnja and Mirko. They were incredibly patient, warm, and knowledgeable, making the day enjoyable for all of us — including our 2.5-year-old toddler, who had super playful and gourmet experience. Our adventure began with an introduction to truffles, history of making products within Prodan family, followed by a walk through the beautiful woods, chatting with Mirko and playing with his friendly dog, Sky. Along the way, we learned fascinating insights about truffles and the art of truffle hunting. Afterward, we were treated to a delicious three-course lunch made from fresh local ingredients, each dish perfectly infused with the rich flavors of Prodan truffles. Their property offers a stunning view of the historic town of Buzet and is conveniently located near a scenic hike featuring waterfalls and untouched forests. We would love to return and spend even more time exploring this incredible region. Highly recommended!

Wir waren heute mit unseren Gästen von der Villa Mali Raj (Familie mit 2 Kindern) bei der Familie Prodan zum Trüffel Hunting. Nachdem uns Višnja kurz die spannende Welt des istrischen Trüffels erklärt hatte, ging es mit ihrem Bruder Mirko auch schon direkt los in den angenzenden Wald. Die Suche nach dem Trüffel war sehr spannend und abwechslungsreich, wir haben tatsächlich ein Exemplar gefunden und ganz nebenbei auch wunderschöne Orchideen und Wildspargel entdeckt. Der kulinarische Höhepunkt war das anschließende Trüffelmenü, welches von Familie Prodan mit viel Liebe für uns live zubereitet wurde. Für uns war es ein traumhaftes Erlebnis, dass wir unseren Ferienhaus Gästen der Villa Mali Raj wärmstens weiter empfehlen können. Auch im Trüffel Shop kann man ausgezeichnete Trüffel Spezialitäten kaufen.

Hi in die Runde, waren heute Nähe Buzet bei #Familie Prodan zum #Trüffel-Hunting. Ein einmaliges Erlebins mit den Hunden zusammen auf Trüffel-Finden zu gehen, und tatsächlich haben wir schwarzen Trüffel gejagd, also Sky der Hund hat in mit seinem Herrschen für uns gefunden. Nur mit sehr viel Disziplin & Liebe zur Arbeit ist es den "Prodan's" erst möglich diese "Wahren Schwarze und Weißen Wunder" aus Mutter-Erde zu pflügen. Es hat uns viel Freude bereitet den "Familien Betrieb" in voller Action zu erleben, ob beim Hunten & dem super Umgang mit den Hunden oder später beim verkosten der liebevoll zubereiteten Trüffel-Speisen. Macht weiter so, "i am falling in love with Trüffel" Im Anschluss konnten wir noch aus den zahlreichen Produkten rund um den Trüffel ausssuchen. Probiert unbedingt die Weiße Schokolade mit Pistazien und weißem Frühlings-Trüffel. Vielen Dank an Visnja, Mirko & Igor sowie die Eltern, die das als Generationsbetrieb erst ermöglichten.

Absolutely amazing experience. I cannot recommend highly enough. They took amazing care of my wife and my six year old. The dogs were friendly and well trained, we found truffles, and had an amazing meal in a special place. 5+ stars.

We visited this family owned truffle farm as part of a private tour. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Before doing a food tasting, we went out to their woods for a truffle hunt with Mirko and one of their dogs, Capo. Višnja provided a cooking demo using white truffles and eggs. We continued the meal with handmade pasta and black truffles. The food was delicious. Definitely worth a visit if you are near Buzet! The owners are comfortable communicating in English.
