Short story : have broke my basspara rod couple months ago (top section) . Contacted my local shop in ireland where I bought the rod and was told they can't order any spare section as there is none in stock. Start to look myself online and found Maguro shop. I have left them an email and response was very quick. These guys helped me straight away , I told them the situation and without hesitation they ordered me a new section and sended to me. I'm very delighted for the service they done and I will definitely will shop with them again and honestly I recommend to everyone to try these guys. Legit hardworking people! I just want to say big big thanks again as without you guys I wouldn't be able to enjoy fishing as I was enjoying with that rod. You guys are legends !!!

An excellent choice, although the prices are at least 10% higher than other competing online providers. The website is somewhat customer-unfriendly, especially when it comes to choosing the model/colour of a particular product. When you click on the name of the model/colour, a picture of the product is displayed. It would be much easier if you clicked on the image and the model name was displayed. This makes the search a little time consuming. The postal items are perfectly packaged and the contents are well protected from damage. Delivery is very fast.

They scammed me. I bought from overseas using their online shop. The item broke the first time I used it. I contacted them & they agreed to replace the item. I was told they couldn't get that model, but that I could wait until December when the new model comes out and they'd replace it with that. Sounds good, but when december came they stopped responding to my emails.
