I had high expectations about this place as usually it is crowded but 3 stars are maximum I could give. I had breakfast here. Most of the options from the menu were not available, due to lack of groceries. Waitress explained on Saturday they are receiving groceries. She helped me to create my own sandwich based on available options and my preferences. It was decent portion and taste. Cappuccino was for 3 stars as well. At the end my experience was ok, but couldn't provide recommendation for this place, as well as I am not sure I would give it a second chance.

Hrana je na zavidnom nivou ali ono sto bih istakla jeste samo osoblje koje je ne samo ljubazno iz profesionalne dužnosti, već zaista deluje kao da im je stalo da se gost oseća posebno. Preporuke stižu od srca, osmeh je iskren, a svaki detalj deluje pažljivo i s ljubavlju urađen. Pravo malo italijansko blago u koje ću se sigurno vraćati.

Their menu is super hard to read - I believe only in Serbian. Had to use google, and even that I got the wrong dish. Food is good. Wish the portion was bigger.

I came here on a Tuesday afternoon. Food was absolutely delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive - because I was a tourist, the waitress offered to explain items on the menu. Service was reasonably quick. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of the food. Would 100% recommend!

The lady working was extremely rude and started arguing with me in a very unprofessional and impolite fashion whether it’s normal that they stop selling dry meats at 21;00. It is normal that they stop selling it at 21:00, but it would be nice for them to state somewhere this as some people come from other parts of the city to buy their Italian goods. It is sad to see a place which was always full of warmth get destroyed by rude staff. This is not the first time she treated me badly. Keep in mind that this comes from someone who’s been buying goods and eating there for over 10 years! UPDATE: Dear Alessandro, Thank you for your reply. I came to the store again last Tuesday and Friday and the experience was much better. Someone else was serving me. I am not sure about the name, but she was extremely polite.
