With the airport just 7 km away, the nearest beach also at 7 km, and the city center only 5 km, guests can easily enjoy both rural tranquility and urban excitement.
The villa spans three floors, featuring a spacious ground floor with a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The first and second floors house four luxurious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and breathtaking panoramic views. We spent a wonderful week at Villa Vitassi at the beginning of June. For us the location was perfect - we would recommend hiring a car but there are a variety of supermarkets and restaurants close by and lots of beautiful beaches a short drive away. The Villa is on a flight path but our children loved spotting the planes zooming overhead and they weren’t frequent enough to cause any problems. We went to Rovinj one day which we would definitely recommend as it was stunning and perfect for a relaxed wander around the streets. The villa itself is beautiful and has been renovated to a very high standard. The kitchen has everything we needed, each room has an en-suite, there are laundry facilities and the outdoor furniture is comfortable with plenty of umbrellas for shade from the sun. The bedrooms are very well appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The pool is wonderful - clean and refreshing and a great size. There is plenty of outdoor space for kids to run around and our children also loved exploring the land around the villa and meeting the chickens, horses, dogs and especially Gatto, the one eyed, three legged cat (my daughter fell in love with him and still talks about him now!) David and his family were so helpful - on hand if we needed anything but we also felt like we were left to enjoy our holiday, which was the perfect balance. We bought some delicious home produced olive oil when we left too, which is a lovely memory of our time. Overall we cannot recommend Villa Vitassi enough. We hope we can return one day!
