We booked a boat through Viator that looked like a Saxdor 33 yacht—shown clearly in the listing and the booking confirmation. After paying, we were given a smaller boat with no warning. There was only one option to choose from, and it was translated (incorrectly) as “storstor snabbbåt” (meaning bigbig fastboat), which is not a valid category. When we contacted the operator, they admitted the Saxdor was not available, and claimed it was “logical” to show the best boat in the listing photo, even if you don’t get that boat. We found this misleading and unacceptable. We didn’t demand the Saxdor once we understood the mixup—we simply asked for a refund. They refused. This case is now in a formal dispute with Viator and our card issuer. If not resolved promptly, we will escalate it to ECC Sweden under EU consumer protection law. Not recommended. Lack of transparency and no customer accountability.

Brilliant sunset boat ride on the Saxdor 320. Easy to book on the website and Toni was responsive on email before the trip. Marko was our skipper and guide for the day, he was friendly and helpful. We had a lovely dip in the blue lagoon and a charming stop for beers on Solta, which was beautiful. The high speed ride toward the sunset and Trogir to round things off was excellent. Highly recommend this two hour trip.

Ne znamo od kud krenuti – sve je bilo savršeno! Brod izuzetno čist, udoban i potpuno opremljen, a cijela organizacija oko najma prošla je bez ikakvih komplikacija. Toni je bio stvarno vrhunski skiper – smiren, zabavan, a istovremeno jako iskusan i profesionalan. Odveo nas je na predivna mjesta, skrivene uvale, savršene za kupanje i uživanje. Imali smo osjećaj kao da plovimo s prijateljem – toliko opušteno i ugodno! Tamaris Charter nas je oduševio – sve što su obećali, ispunili su i više od toga. Ovo je bilo iskustvo koje ćemo pamtiti cijeli život, a sigurno se vraćamo prvom prilikom! Veliko hvala još jednom cijelom timu, a pogotovo Toniju! 👏⛵
