Osebje prijazno, hitri check in brez kompliciranja pri check outu.Jadrnica Eris Bavaria46 brez tehničnih težav,razen manjših fines,kljuke,stopnice pri izhodu iz kabine zapirala na predalih, kar pa je klasika na Bavariah.Jadrnico smo dobili že ob 14.00 brez doplačila.Marina super dovolj prostora vplutje in parkiranje brez težav pri 20kn.Se vidimo kmalu. In dieser Charterbase stimmt absolut nichts und ich kann nur jedem Empfehlen die Finger davon zu lassen. Denn hier zu chartern ist wahrlich ein Abenteuer. Zahlreiche Beschädigungen, Defekte und sicherheitsrelevante Mängel die ein sicheres auslaufen verhindert und auf einen massiven Wartungsrückstand aufzeigen. Hier werden sogar einfache kleine 5€ Reparaturen aufgeschoben. Der Übergabezustand war katastrophal. Personal welches teilweise noch nie auf einer Segelyacht war außer sie war festgemacht im Hafen. Dementsprechend ist auch das Wissen in allen Belangen. Zusammen mit einer passiv-aggressiven Unfreundlichkeit werden sämtliche Mängel kleingeredet und versucht zu relativieren, es sei ein altes Boot (6 Jahre!!!). Wird dann endlich mal versucht etwas zu reparieren dauert es fast 2 Tage ohne auch nur dem Ansatz von einer Entschuldigung und Entgegenkommen. Stattdessen werden falsche Aussage gemacht und behauptet man wüsste von nix. Wir haben uns die Mühe gemacht und sämtliche Mängel bei der Übergabe mitgeteilt. Damit vllt Segler nach uns die Chance auf ein besseres Boot haben. Aber Anstatt ein Danke erhält man hier ein: "Wollen sie mich verarschen?" Professionalität sieht anders aus.

Adventure- der Name ist Programm. Funktion/Ausstattung mehr als abenteuerlich und nicht auslauffähig. anschließende "Reparatur" hat zwei Tage gedauert. Teils unqualifiziertes und unhöfliches Personal. Absolut unverschämt: null aktives Agieren seitens des Vercharters - man musste allem hinterherrennen und null Entgegenkommen bzgl der zwei Tage "Urlaubsverlust" - somit Tip für alle: Finger weg von diesem Vercharteter (es erging anderen Crews ähnlich!!!)

L' agenzia si trova nella marina di Drage di recentissima costruzione con ottima posizione per visitare tutta la Dalmazia potendo decidere se andare a nord verso Lussino o a Sud verso Hvar. Le Incoronate sono proprio davanti alla Marina e raggiungibili in 2 ore. Le barche disponibili sono di diverse misure dai 35 piedi in su tutte di recente costruzione e ben mantenute. Le ho utilizzate per 2 volte e non ho mai avuto nessun problema. Il personale di terra disponibile e pronto a risolvere tutti gli eventuali dubbi. Parlano inglese ed alcuni anche italiano. Una base da consigliare per visitare la Dalmazia.

Segelyacht mit zahlreichen schweren Defekten, die das Auslaufen verhinderten. Reparatur hat fast zwei Tage gedauert. Vercharterer verweigert jeden Preisnachlass. Personal sehr unfreundlich. Werden hier nie wieder chartern. Auch andere Charterkunden hatten massive Probleme.

Boats are not good maintained. Many things are on the bottom limit for usage. They try to charge the customers for existing damages and worn out things Worst Agency I´ve ever chartered, will definitely not charter there again. Savety first!
