Our shared apartments are a great option for those who want to live with others and enjoy a sense of community. We offer several shared apartments in different areas of the city, each with its own unique features.

• Shared Apartment 1: This apartment features single and loft bedrooms, with monthly rents starting at €280. Utility bills are not included in the rent.
• Shared Apartment 2: This apartment offers a mix of single and twin rooms, with monthly rents starting at €290. Utility bills are not included.
• Shared Apartment 3: This apartment is located in the Šiška District and offers single and twin/double rooms, with monthly rents starting at €270. Utility bills are not included.

Studios and Studettes

If you prefer a more private living space, our studios and studettes are the perfect choice. These self-contained units offer all the comforts of home in a compact and stylish package.

• Studio Urban Oasis: This studio apartment is bright and spacious, with a double bed and a monthly rent of €680. Utility bills are not included.
• Nord Wing Studette: This attic studette is ideal for a single person or couple, with a double bed and a monthly rent of €625. Utility bills are not included.
• South Wing Studio: This attic studio is suitable for a couple or two friends, with a double bed and a monthly rent of €660. Utility bills are not included.

Entire Flats

If you have a group of friends or colleagues looking to live together, we offer entire flats that can be privatized. These flats come with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and fully furnished kitchens.

• Entire Flat 1: This flat features six rooms and is perfect for a group of students or young professionals. It includes a private entrance, bathroom, and fully furnished kitchen. Price and availability on request.
• Entire Flat 2: This flat includes shared facilities and multiple rooms, making it ideal for a group of students. It also comes with a fully furnished kitchen. Price and availability on request.

Whichever option you choose, you can expect comfortable and well-equipped accommodations. All rooms and apartments come with essential amenities such as beds, wardrobes, desks, and chairs. Utility bills are not included in the rent, and the approximate cost is €35-€80 per month, depending on the unit.
