Super cute Restaurant, incredibly great food and sweets, super friendly staff! Even if you are a meatlover you will enjoy. Go there and indulge yourself and thank me later 😉. At the moment just take out or via Wolt.

Für mich war das vegane Lokal ein bisschen schwierig zu finden, aber es lohnte sich der längere Spaziergang. Die haben täglich ein Gericht, war beides mal richtig richtig lecker. Einfache Gerichte aber mit Pep. Der vegane Oreo-Kuchen ist legendär, habe ihn aber drei Tage lang gegessen,da er ziemlich deftig ist.

At first blush, Veganika has potential — a vegan place, on a quiet courtyard right in the centre of Ljubljana, a stones throw from the river. But I am not a fan — there is very limited choice of food, at lunch either soup or the “dish of the day”. No other options. Other places close by have more vegan choice, and are certainly more welcoming. If you can live with limited (or no) choice, the quality is there, with corresponding prices. But unpleasant atmosphere prevails — waitress, or maybe owner (couldn’t tell) doesn’t seem to like foreigners — barked at us for putting on a mask, rather than having it already on, all while staff wear masks not covering their nose, and numerous regulars wander around with no mask at all, all apparently immune from any comment. Bottom line — I wouldn’t go out of your way. Veganika has no monopoly on vegan in the neighborhood. Within two hundred meters you’ll find an Indian place — very friendly with multiple vegan options, or a falafel place, also multiple vegan options. A little further afield, vegan pizza.

Really delicious! Best lemonade from passion fruit. Only the selection could be wider. Nice pricing. Will come back!
