Gostilna Šestica Ljubljana - tradicionalna gostilna s 242-letno zgodovino
Gostilna Šestica je ena najstarejših in najbolj priljubljenih gostiln v Ljubljani, ki že od leta 1776 ponuja vrhunsko kulinariko in prijetno vzdušje. Gostilna se nahaja na Slovenski cesti 40, v središču mesta, in je znana po svojem čudovitem gostinskem vrtu, ki sprejme okoli 100 gostov.

I ordered two dishes both of them were oversalted, but in rest it was fine. The waitress, old lady, seemed to not be interested to service us. She just took our order and went away, we noticed how she was kind with other customers. When we asked for bread, 2 times, she was annoyed and rolled her eyes. The place is designed beautiful, dishes not bad, my friends ordered mushroom soup(which should be in bread plate, but they didn't have) and they enjoyed that soup. But the waitress , she did mistake in order, but that's fine, it happens, but her attitude was awful and disappointing. I don't recommend if you want a normal service from the staff.

Ambiente curato e ampio. Menù per tutti i gusti, con tante proposte di cucina locale. Portate generose. Ci sono stata in coppia il 30/12: inutile dire che era molto affollato e che il servizio ne ha risentito: è stato piuttosto lento. Quando ci sarà occasione, ritornerò.

Došli smo u pravo vrijeme kada još nije bilo puno gostiju pa nam je konobar uspješno pronašao stol. Kad smo odlazile red se sastojao od valjda 20 ljudi koji su čekali, a to puno govori o tome kakav je restoran. Dakle, hrana je bila vrlo ukusna, restoran je prostran pa se može pronaći mirni kutak, osoblje vrlo ljubazno. Konobar (gospodin Nedjeljko) koji nas je posluživao bio je uslužan, ljubazan, dobar, strpljiv, smiren, ugodan, profesionalan. Jedan od boljih restorana i definitivno ću se ponovno vratiti. Za svaku preporuku.

Visited the restaurant today and had a disappointing experience. The mushroom soup, accompanied by bread, was excessively salty, making it difficult for some of us to continue after the first bite. The same issue persisted with the pork chop, served with mushroom sauce, which was also overly salty. When we provided feedback to the waiter, he responded with annoyance and walked away, stating it was our problem. This level of service was highly disappointing, especially considering we paid for it. It's disheartening that even after operating for over 50 years, the restaurant allows such subpar service from its staff. This experience compelled me to write my first restaurant review, and I cannot recommend this place to friends or relatives.

Honestly the worst dinning experience. Very rude and impolite staff. 👎🏻👎🏻I donot usually give bad review online but this service is really unacceptable. we came as a tour of 30 people on 29/12/2023 dinner time. This is popular restaurant here but not worth visiting. Waited for an hour plus for the foods to arrive, the mushroom soup taste so salty and the pork dish as well.the only taste with the pork is salty, salty and salty. We gave polite feedback to the staff and he raised his tone at us to say that that is our PROBLEM. Very disappointing indeed. We did not request to change the dish but the moment he shouted at us was very shocking. He then return our unfinished dishes to say that it is our problem that we think the pork is very salty. Please train your staff properly.

Ngl one of the most salty dish I ever had during the trip. Was hoping to have a good dinner since it’s Friday, but what we get is totally opposite. The foods are salty, our tour actually gave a polite feedback but what we get is an extremely rude answer!! PLEASE as a SERVICE INDUSTRY, this type of statement pointing towards the customers like “IS OUR PROBLEM” is unforgivable. At the very least, accept our feedbacks and let the chef know for future references purpose. Hope this review helps whoever is going to have food there.

This restaurant is the worst I had in Ljubljana , waiter is so rude , food is extremely salty. We have 10 member (From Malaysia) of our tour mentioned that their mushroom soup and their pork is really salty , the waiter told us it’s our fault as no others is complaining , they don’t even checked the food and provide an unacceptable response to it . Absolutely disgrace to the owner of the restaurant , I never wrote a bad review to harm anyone business but their attitude was absolutely abysmal .

Mi dispiace che per colpa del servizio non possa dare 5 stelle ma le attese sono davvero molto lunghe, la tovaglia che avevamo era sporca dai clienti precedenti e lo staff che abbiamo incontrato è stato freddo e poco attento alle nostre esigenze. Il cibo è ottimo consiglio questo posto per provare piatti tipici e abbondanti con un buon prezzo.

This place has proven to be a true gem in the hustle and bustle of Ljubljana's nightlife: a rustic and authentic environment, enriched by a courteous and professional staff who make you feel at home from the first order. The menu offers a wide variety of easily identifiable dishes, thanks to clear translations into English and Italian. The only drawback was the service: waiting times were a little long, but bearable. The bill was balanced considering the excellent quality of the food.

Personalmente ci siamo trovati molto bene, un caratteristico ristorante in centro, ottima accoglienza e scelta del menù. Abbiamo assaggiato piatti tipici come il gulash di orso, e carni grigliate. I prezzi sono nella norma per lubiana che trovo piuttosto cari rispetto a come avevo immaginato! 1 gulash vitello, uno di orso, 1 grigliata che assomiglia alla porchetta italiana con patatine fritte, 1 bicchiere vino, 1 birra e 1 cocacola : 80 euro. È stata una bella esperienza, ci tornerei!
