About Us
Welcome to Restaurant Knez, a unique dining experience located in Hotel Villa Dvor, Omiš, Croatia. Under the guidance of our head chef and hotel owner, Peter Curlin, we proudly serve authentic Poljica dishes crafted from ecologically grown ingredients and traditional recipes that date back over 400 years.

Our menu features a selection of local specialties, including the UNESCO-protected Poljic Soparnik, offering guests a taste of Croatia's rich cultural heritage. Enjoy our carefully curated dishes paired with house wine or select top-quality Dalmatian wines to complement your meal.

Since November 2, 2010, we have maintained an eco-certification, ensuring that we remain "environment friendly." This commitment reflects in our ingredients sourced right from our own garden, guaranteeing that every dish is made with care and respect for nature.

Essen war lauwarm und nicht sehr lecker. Die Portionen waren klein und recht teuer. Der Ausblick wahr traumhaft und die Bedienung ganz nett deswegen die zwei Sterne. Trotzdem nicht zu empfehlen

V restavracijo smo prišli zaradi razgleda, vsekakor je lep, vendar tudi hrana in postrežba nista razočarala. Količinsko je bilo res obilno, riba sveža in res dobro pripravljena.
