There should be a saying: “When in Kranj; Projekt Burger”. There’s just nothing else like it. From the laid-back vibe, reminiscent of a beach bar, to the beautiful setting, Projekt Burger is everything you want in a casual meal with friends. Located on an island outside of Kranj, Projekt Burger combines ingredients to create complex burgers that explode with flavor and creativity. Partnering with the nearby bar, you’re able to get a drink to compliment your burger, and the atmosphere allows for recreation and relaxation. This is the perfect spot to hit up on a beautiful day, which is exactly what my friends and I decided to do. We pretended to be excited about spending the day in the sun, however we were most anxious to indulge in an oozy, juicy burger feast. The four of us each opted for double burgers, complete with two patties on each homemade bun, cooked to moist, meaty perfection. The Bastardo burger has the spicy kick of chili which is great for those who like a little heat with their meat, while the Mustardo is based around a mustard-flavored concept. The Lord burger is gigantic, loaded with condiments to your liking, and my favorite, the Double Cheez is dripping with warm, melty, gooey cheese. All of our burgers came with either onion rings or fries, both which were cooked golden brown and just the right serving size to accompany the burger. The team working at Projekt Burger couldn’t have been more friendly and approachable, and I appreciate the time and care put into craft the mix of complex flavors each burger has. For a relaxing day, head over to Kranj and make a stop at Projekt Burger. Enjoy the scenery and amazing burgers while you unwind with your friends. I recommend!

TOP BURGER!!! Tako sočnega burgerja pri nas se nisem jedel. SvenLars in HoodBurger u Lublan se lahko skrijeta! Mogoče mu prideta blizu 7 Burger v Kamniku in Frankie v Loki. Ampak tista dva bi ocenil z devetko, tega pa s čisto desetko!
